The guys work in an organized manner. I came with a broken bike, I left with a replacement of an excellent alternative. I'm happy with them. But there is something to work on. The service is dark and it is clear that it is not organized professionally. The guys need to create good working conditions, put an operator in touch with the service and work on logistics.
