I was very worried that the spilled coffee went beyond the laptop keyboard, so I came to this center for diagnostics. Close to home, nice staff) everything was checked quickly, disassembled, assembled, native works! They told me everything in detail and showed me a photo of the inner woman. Excellent service)

I contacted this workshop with a problem: the laptop stopped charging. At the stage of handing over the device, the employee assured that the diagnosis would be free if the cause of the breakdown was in the charger. This became a key condition for me, as I initially suspected the problem was in the power supply.
What went wrong:
Unauthorized repairs.
The workshop did not notify me of the diagnostic results, but immediately began repairs, violating the agreement. When I called to clarify the status, I was informed that "everything has already been fixed," referring to a malfunction of the charger.
The imposition of a paid service.
Despite the promise of free diagnostics, they demanded payment for it, arguing that "repairs were carried out." This contradicts the original conditions.
Refusal to issue a receipt.
When paying, the staff stated that the cash register was "not working due to equipment replacement," and instead of a check, they offered to transfer money directly to an individual's card. This is a violation of the law on consumer protection and a reason to suspect dishonesty in doing business.
Unprofessional attitude.
The whole process looked like an attempt to benefit at the expense of the client: hidden payments, lack of transparency, pressure to agree to their terms.
Addendum on questionable terms of the agreement:
The work contract contains clauses that cast doubt on the integrity of the service and shift all responsibility onto the client.:
"During the diagnosis, there may be damage (chips, scratches on the plastic part of the product)"
— This means that the workshop justifies its negligence in advance! Even with a simple diagnosis (without repair), they can damage the device body without incurring responsibility for it.
"Is not responsible for the possible loss of data in the device's memory"
— Even if the data disappears due to the actions of the wizards, the service is not obligated to restore it.
"The customer assumes the risk of complete or partial loss of operability of the device after repair"
—That's absurd! Repairs should restore functionality, not turn it into a lottery. If the device is broken after the "repair", it is the fault of the master, not the client.
"Waiver of claims to the service center after receiving the device"
— Signing such an item deprives you of the right to claim damages, even if the repair was performed poorly.
These conditions are a direct violation of the Law "On Consumer Rights Protection", which prohibits infringing on the rights of customers through contractual loopholes. The service is clearly trying to protect itself, not your device.
Result:
The laptop really worked, but there is no joy from it. Instead of gratitude for the service rendered, there remains a residue of violation of agreements, unethical approach and suspicion of fraud.
This is not a renovation, but a lottery with opaque rules. Even if the device is working after visiting here, there is no guarantee that it will not break down again or "lose" your data. Avoid this workshop until it has been checked by the supervisory authorities.
Recommendation:
I do not recommend contacting this workshop. Insist on receipts and carefully read the terms of service. Don't repeat my mistakes: positive reviews are not a guarantee of the quality of services.
Everything is just fine! I took my Philips 49" from another service where they undertook to change the backlight of the matrix, as a result, I lost three weeks of time. I brought him to Velmet on Tuesday and picked up a working TV on Friday! Great now if that's what I'm going to them!
