My Pomeranian became ill, 3 vet clinics were bypassed until an accurate diagnosis was made - a foreign body in the esophagus. What we were not diagnosed with, bronchitis, etc. As a result, after the X-ray, we found out what was the matter. An operation is urgently needed. At 21.00 it is difficult to find a surgeon who will urgently take a dog for surgery. I called a lot of clinics, all to no avail. At wellvet, the kind receptionist girl got into the situation, said the doctor was finishing the operation now, was already delayed, probably unlikely to accept, but promised to talk and tell our critical case. Fortunately, the doctor got into the situation, stayed late on Friday evening, waited until we brought the barely breathing Pomeranian. I performed an operation, took out a huge foreign body. I don't understand how he could have swallowed it. Our Pomeranian has come to life. On Saturday and Sunday, on his days off, Dr. Dmitry Stanislavich came to work to make us ivs. I don't know how you can love your profession and animals so much that you can save animals so faithfully without days off and not at all for a lot of money. Hello, I say thank you again, Doctor, Gryaznov D.S., for his work done. Two cats were brought for sterilization (laparoscopy), after sterilization, the kittens feel great. One cat is about two years old, and the other is her child, who is 6 months old. The attitude towards customers and animals was respectful, and the questions that worried me were answered. Dear people!!!! Don't repeat my mistake!!!! Do not contact this clinic and specifically Gryaznov. This is a butcher in its purest form!!!!
Only now, a month later, I got over my grief and forced myself to write a review to save other animals.
He ruined my dog, who was like a child to me.
The dog had a tumor growing after each estrus, and for 3 years I underwent an annual examination (ultrasound of the tumor, ultrasound of the heart, blood tests). I received recommendations from doctors that the dog should be operated on. Since she was small, I didn't dare to have surgery. One day I already made an appointment with a doctor, and my friend says that there is a doctor who allegedly saved the cat for her (just prescribed the right medication)... convinced that it was a super surgeon. Trusting that the doctor was a friend, I didn't even bother to read the reviews (my fault), took the dog to him.
I didn't like everything at first glance: the clinic was empty, there were no people, he began to rush the operation ... but I thought, they say, "on acquaintance" - it means he will try!!!!
I didn't even schedule an ultrasound of the heart!!! The first doctor who did not prescribe, but I was a fool to think "by acquaintance", maybe he is satisfied with the upcoming tests.
He was late on the day of the operation, although he asked to appear earlier. He was walking and carrying napkins and disposable diapers in a bag… It confused me terribly, but I think okay....
Next, they asked to pay for the operation in cash, they say the terminal is not working..... Yeah, of course. And on acquaintance, I had to pay 750 rubles for the operation ... like a discount, but I didn't need discounts - my dog's health was important to me. I called 5 hours later and said that my baby was no more, she had not come out of anesthesia.
My conclusion: he hacked up my dog alone, without any assistants in order to put these unfortunate 750 rubles in his pocket. Of course, I was busy for a long time, and the dog died.
I will never forgive myself for this!!!! It's my fault!!!
But please take care of your pets from such butchers!!!!!!!!
I could have sued, taken to the "9life" for a forensic examination, but I just felt sorry for my baby and did not want to mock her little body any further.
You can ask a lot of questions for the receipts alone!!!!!

I was told that the doctor would be there only at 12 o'clock. She asked if there were any prescribed medications. They replied that there were no medicines. Then they explained that the clinic was open for operations. This is the second time I've been to this clinic in 2 months. There are no clients, the clinic is empty. It is a pity that such squares are disappearing. I had to go with the cat to a nearby clinic on Rafiev.

They brought the cat to what they call an "examination", and looked at only what bothers us, the wounds on the neck.
The eyes and ears didn't even look at anything like that, so it's no use. They made a diagnosis, advised tests in order to take off more money, they did not hear anything useful. . As a result, there was a completely different diagnosis, it was in the ears, and everything was not as deplorable as described here, it just had to be LOOKED AT. Why did we go here, since it was near the house.
And they were scared. We wanted to find out that everything was fine, and as a result, we scared even more.
Conclusion: I do not recommend this clinic for the treatment and examination of your furry friend.

I do not recommend it. An incompetent doctor and, as we wrote above, not loving animals. They made specific complaints (the cat had secretions). During the appointment, the doctor did not even get up from the chair, did not examine the animal, did not palpate, did not measure the temperature. He just verbally told me what it could be. The animal has not been sterilized, we knew that we were shown sterilization. The doctor suggested (even without a banal examination, without tests) sterilization (250 rubles) plus endoscopy (+ another 200 rubles on top). And he said that in case of any complications it would be even more expensive. He offered a free window the very next day. When I asked about the blood test myself, he said that he would still need to take it in the morning and would supposedly be ready for surgery. I prescribed a tranquilizer pill for "trouble-free" analysis. We paid for our visit without receiving an inspection, after sitting in a carrier) The doctor said that he would see the true picture only during the operation..
As a result, fortunately, we turned to another clinic for the next day. They immediately examined the animal, did an ultrasound, explained everything, outlined the picture. The blood test was taken perfectly and without tranquilizers)
We also sterilized the kitty there a week after the visit. Everything is fine now 💚

The doctor is absolutely not fond of animals and doubts about his competence.
I applied to this clinic because the dog did not have a runny nose, and the treatment did not help. They do rhinoscopy for small breeds (not everyone takes small ones, as it turned out) as a result, the diagnosis was made incorrectly and the dog was stuffed with pills for about 2 months. The treatment did not help and I prescribed and prescribed pills. And they are from anything but a runny nose. During the last visit, I realized that the situation would not change and turned to another clinic. There, the dog took a nasal swab, was diagnosed and we were cured in 7 days. Grya*** in Dm**ri did not answer my questions about this. The attitude towards animals is terrible, indifferent. I consider him incompetent.

We were at a reception about the laparoscopic sterilization of a 7-month-old cat. Before the reception, there was no direct examination of the animal, temperature measurement, questions about analyzes, the condition of the animal and when it last ate and drank, which immediately alerted, because the operation is performed under anesthesia. The doctor Gryaznov described the procedure, paying special attention to all possible complications, saying that they provide videos and photos after the operation. The cat was given away after half an hour in consciousness. At first they said that everything was OK, then suddenly complications appeared in the form of cysts on both ovaries, which is why the price increased significantly, there was no question about video and photo cysts in the confirmation. They warned that the payment was only in cash, the check was punched and was not issued. In conclusion, only the examination of the animal and the spectral data were indicated, i.e. in case of complications, it would be impossible to prove that this particular animal was operated on.
A few days after the operation, a seal and discharge appeared in the area of the seam. In another clinic, the animal was carefully examined, an ultrasound was performed and they said that the sterilization was carried out the most ordinary, not laparoscopic, just with a small suture. According to the ultrasound, there are still edema and it is too early to talk about the quality of the operation, inflammation due to the reaction to the suture material.
I would like to believe that with such an approach to work, such clinics with a style of work a la the 90s will not last long!
Make your own conclusions about whether you should trust them with your pets!!!

We were two and a half weeks ago with a cat on sterilization (laparoscopy).Before choosing a clinic, I looked at a bunch of options-prices everywhere are sooo overstated (from 250 to 450 rubles), or only band surgery.My choice fell on this clinic.I didn't write a review right away, because they were waiting for sure that everything was fine with the cat.The operation went well, the cat came to her senses almost immediately, was playful and ate.4 days after the operation, I felt a lump at the suture site, was scared and immediately called Vallvet, the administrator calmed me down and said that it was within the normal range, but if it did not disappear after a while or would fester, they were told to reset the photo of this lump and they would prescribe ointment and treatment, and consult.

I had to go to this clinic urgently, because it is not possible to get to my favorite clinic day in, day out, and this one is within walking distance and there are absolutely no queues from the word at all ...
I can't say anything about the manipulations with my pet, because I was not present at the operation and what actually took place there, I can't say, but I think that first aid was provided and my paw feels great. but!
I still haven't seen the results of the tests we took before the operation, I've been waiting for a week, which suggests: did they do them at all or did I just pay for them?! When asked by the doctor how our tests are, "Oh, everything is fine," and then "wait, we will send it."..they did not send me, and even I understand that in the situation with my dog, everything cannot be fine there, because when brushing teeth with a huge stone deposit, teeth were removed and it was announced that pulpitis was removed. Consequently, there was an inflammatory process, which could not but affect the results of the tests! This is the first, and the second:they forget to send me tests, but they did not forget to inform me about serious problems and the need to perform an expensive operation, they just took the time to tell me everything in detail, although there are no prerequisites, complaints and requests for additional work.there was no examination, it turns out, it was out of the kindness of the clinic staff ....
In general! Personally, I got the impression that the primary task of the clinic is to "cut down" more money! And the prices here are not small, you also need to be prepared for this. Ultrasonic cleaning with the removal of six teeth within 30 minutes plus biohim.blood cost a 2-kilogram dog 310 rubles.

The impression of this veterinary clinic is twofold. The doctors are normal, as far as I can tell, the cat was sterilized, and the next day she was already running. But here's what I didn't like: on the website, sterilization cost 140 rubles, in fact they paid 196. It is not written anywhere and no one stipulated that it is still necessary to do a heart ultrasound and a general blood test. They didn't even ask us anything, but they just took it and performed these procedures without our knowledge, and then in fact they had to pay. They also gave us only a check about the final amount, what they did, what procedures, and how much it all costs remained a mystery to us. The receptionist girl didn't really answer anything, said to look at the prices on the site, and in general she works for the second day.
I do not recommend visiting this clinic.

I was consulted based on the results of tests taken at another clinic. They answered all my questions, suggested the best way to feed, and did all the necessary manipulations. When I asked how much I owed for counseling, transcription of tests, and so on, they replied that it was included in the cost of sterilization. I was pleasantly surprised. The girl sitting in the administrator's seat turned out to be a part-time assistant surgeon and a doctor. After listening to all my wishes, she promptly resolved all issues. Thank you all very much! Dear pet owners!!! I want to warn you against visiting the Wellvet clinic! I applied here for the first time with the sterilization of a pet, because I live nearby on Nemanskaya, I did not want to torture the animal and take a taxi around the city. The operation was performed by the doctor Gatalsky A.S., there are no complaints. Then, after 2 years, more serious problems arose, and again I turned here, decided, since the sterilization was carried out normally, then everything will be OK.....And IN VAIN! The cat was diagnosed with hip dysplasia and underwent surgery. The operation was performed by miracle doctor Gryaznov D.S., after which the cat's condition did not improve, but worsened due to an incorrectly performed operation based on the results of an X-ray and an examination by another doctor. In another clinic, a repeat operation was scheduled to correct the error of Gryaznov D. S., and thank God, after cleaning up the "work" of this miracle doctor, the cat is slowly recovering. If I had listened to all this, as it turned out, nonsense from this clinic and had not turned to another doctor in time, what would have happened to the cat now is unknown. As it turned out, an absolutely unqualified, incompetent, indifferent doctor Gryaznov D.S. is in charge of this clinic, and even undertakes operations that he does not know how to do. Maybe he's training??! It will work or it will not work....It doesn't matter, that's not the point! Sterilization, he may be able to do, but this is probably the whole profile of his knowledge in veterinary medicine. Because of this miracle of the doctor, the animal suffered for 2 months. The money for the incorrectly performed operation was returned to me after 4 trips to the clinic. But it's not about the money, it's not about my worries, it's about the time spent and more.The problem is that such doctors mutilate animals with impunity, and it is unknown how many more animals will suffer from such doctors in pursuit of money. IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW, DON'T DO IT!! DON'T MUTILATE ANIMALS!!! Do what you can, sterilization, vaccinations... Animals are not meat for training!! I understand that you need to work somewhere and you need to do something, but train in vet.the academy, not the pets that you have been entrusted with. And as for Gryaznov, D.S., he never admitted his guilt, although all the facts are on hand, and I did not hear a single elementary apology for all the trips to him. In February, one of our pugs, Mozart, underwent brachycephalic syndrome surgery and castration at this clinic. At the same time, they brushed their teeth and clipped their claws.
The day before, we took Mozart away from the divorcees, he was breathing very badly, he could hardly sleep. Due to heart problems, there were concerns about whether anesthesia was possible, but the doctor Sergey Kornachenok and colleagues assured that it was quite realistic to do everything. As a result, the next day after the ultrasound of the heart and chest X-ray, everything was done very efficiently and quickly, all procedures took less than an hour.
The only thing is, a couple of days after the operation, the scrotum became inflamed, and I had to change the course of antibiotics, prescribing a heavy drug. But our Mozart endured everything stoically, also waving his tail during painful injections. After a week, everything was fine, and Mozart was breathing much better, and immediately began to sleep normally all night.
We are very grateful to Sergey Nikolaevich Kornachenko, Dmitry Stanislavovich Gryaznov and all colleagues for their qualified work and friendly attitude! We will continue to apply there.
