Good afternoon. I want to say a huge thank you to this travel agency for organizing a vacation in Egypt, especially Ruslan. He gave me a lot of advice and helped me choose a great hotel. We had a rest in Sharm el-Sheikh with the children.Xperience Kiroseiz Premier 5* Hotel.There was a decent water park on site.The daytime temperature was 24 degrees on average, 17 degrees at night. The hotel had 2 heated pools.The food is excellent. Buses took them to 2 beaches-sandy and coral. The water in the sea is, in principle, like in our summer (Vitebsk).The staff is responsive, they pay great attention to children. In the evening we walked quietly outside the hotel. There was a Mango market nearby with reasonable prices, and then a Fixprice, where you could buy a lot of interesting things (you couldn't pay with dollars only) for reasonable prices.We are very satisfied with the rest! Pros - the food is very good and varied, the staff is friendly and friendly, the sea and the beach are great, there was one day in the pool when they were slightly burnt.
Minus is not acceptable, even at night in early September, the temperature did not drop below 26.
Departure from Moscow, flying to Azur, 4-55 in time, so they did not feed, but back to Turkisha, the same 4-55 : drinks and sandwiches. In short, I really liked it.

We bought a tour to China, and it was the best decision that Ruslan helped us decide on, and Natalia picked up, in my opinion, the most convenient tickets and the airline, the flight went great, the waiting time for a transfer in Beijing was unnoticeable, the rest was just amazing, I advise everyone to visit O. Hainan. We rested at the four seasons hotel, we liked the room, the choice for breakfast was huge, you will not stay hungry, the service, the help of the staff can be highly appreciated. They found us a rest very quickly and helped us with the parking lot. The only disadvantage is the food on vacation, because one of the main conditions was the availability of children's (French fries and nuggets are not a children's table, this is fast food), Holiday Park Resort 5* was very convincingly recommended. I do not recommend going to this hotel with children who are used to normal food. The animation was great, the sea was warm, the rooms for that price category were also good.
