A good supermarket, most importantly spacious with a large parking lot. The choice of products and the quality are pleasing, there are ATMs, payment terminals and a coffee shop.
The store area is quite large, it is convenient to move around, there is its own baking, the assortment is growing more and more every time, I visit this store almost every day.
A lifesaver wand! It works until 22.00, which helps a lot! Thanks guys!!! Ah! And the bread is very tasty! I would like to have a bigger assortment, especially with vegetables for a borscht set at least)
A very convenient store. That's just to add politeness to customers from the employees of this store.
The time of Ukrainian rudeness is over, it's time to rebuild towards the BUYER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!
Yesterday, 06/23/2023, I visited the Vector Makeyevka store on Lenin Street .15line The product was purchased (kefir Shepherd at the stock price of 97 rubles.at the checkout, the price is 107) this situation is normal for different positions here. This time I decided to come back. Since -In the store, we conclude a purchase and sale agreement, which is public. This means that the seller must transfer the goods on the terms that he provided. Thus, everything is simple for the buyer. If you see the price, you buy at this price. The rest is not a consumer's problem. But apparently the store doesn't think so. The issue was resolved in this way . I handed over the red price tag from the product and my wallet to the guard. The administrator came out and said that the price tag was wrong but offered to refund the difference. Unfortunately, the young cashier does not know the name of the cashier, not 10 rubles, but 20, and FROM the words that it is a shame to stand for 10 rubles and she GIVES herself ANOTHER 10 RUBLES. As I UNDERSTAND IT, the state cash register decided to give me another 10 rubles, thereby thinking that it would ruin me. The receptionist made a remark to her. But of course there was no apology
Vector Super market. 12:40. 28.03.2022. Makeyevka, Lenin St., 20b.They did not serve the buyer, who wanted to pay in hryvnia. Four cashiers and a security guard gathered. None of the employees responded to the request to provide an order according to which they do not accept hryvnia (2007 issue), and the provision of a phone number on which they could call to clarify on what basis the heads of vector decided to selectively take hryvnia. There were also people in the queue who bought with a hryvnia bill, who were also not served. Since the customer was a 74-year-old woman after a stroke, she could not even indicate this incident in the book of complaints and suggestions. Take action!!!!!! And I ask the staff to apologize to the elderly man.
