I was looking for a Protherm electric boiler. The price was lower among all stores. + very cool and quickly organized delivery to another city.
A huge plus was that after installing the boiler, a week later, on weekends, automation was needed to control the boiler.
I phoned Anatoly, not only was the automation available, we agreed that I would be able to drive up on a day off and pick up.
Customer orientation is not something that is good, I would say at the highest level !!!
Really, there would be more such stores / firms with this approach!!!

I was looking for an inexpensive high-quality pipe for underfloor heating. We found an advertisement on the Internet from the Century of Heat store. We were offered four options for underfloor heating pipes of different cost. The polite manager helped us to decide and choose a pipe from wavin company. Thanks guys for the competent advice. And since I did not understand anything in this area, I was offered a competent good installer Dmitry, who helped me with the installation supervision service to roll out the underfloor heating, the result is in the photo.

We ordered turnkey installation of a single-circuit gas boiler Protherm, complete set of materials in the company Century of Heat. The guys did everything perfectly, a competent approach, made an estimate, agreed with us, all the extra materials (a little) that remained, they took back the refund and returned the money to us. Careful executive installers, everything was done exactly on time as agreed.
