we want to share our sad story of contacting this store. Perhaps it will be useful to someone.
On November 26, 2024, we called this store and ordered an Iphone 16 pro at the price that was on that day (Tuesday). The order was accepted and at first they said that they would bring it on Wednesday the next day, and then they called back and promised to bring it on Thursday. The dollar began to rise. We were still waiting for the call on Wednesday, we thought they would suddenly call and say that due to the rise in the dollar, the phone had risen in price and they would not be able to bring it at the old price. But no one called us, and on Wednesday we changed dollars, because we were sure that otherwise we would definitely have received a call from the store and warned, because everyone here respects and appreciates the customer, especially considering that we have already bought a laptop here.
And so the next day, when half a day has passed, and no one calls us, we decided to dial into the store ourselves. And then the manager announces that due to the rise in the dollar, our phone has gone up in price and they cannot bring it at the old price. We were shocked why the client was not warned about this in advance. At the same time, we asked where we could find their complaint book, to which the manager said he didn't know, promised to find out, but never told us, and then hung up.
In general, this was not our first, but definitely our last appeal to this store. The sediment remained very unpleasant.
What I want to advise
is to place an order through the shopping cart, so I think there are more chances to challenge the cost increase later. After all, you made an order, for example, on Tuesday, and they bring it to you on Thursday and say that now it is more expensive and they cannot bring it. But I hope you won't have such stories.

Despite the good start, the purchase of 16 PRO Max did not take place..
The manager was polite on the phone, told all the details, sent a video how to check the phone for originality.
The price was one of the lowest in Minsk.
BUT!!
The phone box was opened because there was garbage in it (hair, fine dust)
The seals were not original, it was enough to open them on one side and the box opened.
But the worst thing is that there were 2 barely noticeable scratches on the new phone, for me this moment is fundamental. Further, I did not check for originality, because I was not going to buy a new phone with scratches anymore.
