Good afternoon! I liked everything: the location (the center, everything nearby), the food (delicious, varied breakfast, fruits), the rooms (there was everything for a comfortable stay for 2 nights), the service, the staff (polite, unobtrusive, appears as needed), the outdoor veranda on the 3rd floor with stunning views of the Gur Emir Mausoleum and the city,..
But the most important thing is the hospitality and responsiveness of the hotel owner Shakira! Many human thanks to him for his help in an emergency with a passport: he reacted quickly, helped, gave me a ride to the airport, and did not leave me until the problem was solved!
Well-being and prosperity to him and his hotel!
A wonderful hotel with a view of the Gur-Emir Mausoleum. The hospitable host Shakir is very attentive, will help with all questions, including transfers and excursions. Varied and delicious breakfast, very clean rooms, friendly attitude. In general, our vacation was on top, as if we had visited our relatives. I highly recommend it!
I thank the hosts and wish prosperity and health and, of course, kind guests!
We had a rest from July 12 to July 14 , 2024 . A very nice and comfortable hotel with modern appliances. Unrealistically delicious breakfasts and a view from the terrace . Shakir and his family are very hospitable hosts of the hotel. We left for Tashkent and forgot our trousers - Shakir sent us a thing with a driver within 3 hours - completely free of charge. Thank you so much to these hospitable and caring people 🧡💝🧡
Great hotel! It is located next to the tomb of Tamerlane. Most of the attractions are within walking distance. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to Registan Square. The hotel is very beautiful and cozy. The rooms are not large, but very cozy and clean. You can feel the local flavor. The hotel owner is very polite and courteous, goes to a meeting, helps to solve problems. The breakfasts are sooo delicious, rich. A variety of seasonal fruits, nuts to choose from... We were delighted! I definitely recommend it!
We stayed at this hotel from January 2 to January 5. Shakir was personally met by the owner at the train station and taken to the train at the end of the stay.
The hotel is very conveniently located, right next to the Gur Emir Mausoleum (Timur's burial place). And the rest of the attractions are easy to reach on foot. But Shakir organized a wonderful guided tour of the city for us (by the way, we highly recommend Alisher's guide). For the whole day with a transfer to the sights.
The hotel is clean and warm. There is everything you need. Tea in the room at any time.
The breakfasts are buffet, hearty and very tasty. Included in the room rate.
Overall, I really liked everything. Highly recommended!
Nice family hotel. Friendly staff. Excellent view from the terrace on the 3rd floor of Gur Emir (Tamerlane's mausoleum). On the terrace you can comfortably relax from the heat, have a snack, drink tea
The hotel is very well located. Everything is modest, but very clean and cozy. Insanely delicious breakfasts, everything is delicious at home, there were always fruits, strawberries, cherries. Samsa is very tasty, pancakes. And the most important thing is the super hospitable and sincere owners of the hotel, they will always go to a meeting, tell you how best. Thank you very much
The hotel is located in the center. Everything is within walking distance. The rooms are neat and clean. The staff is friendly and courteous. The breakfasts are varied and very tasty. We recommend it.
A great guest house, a responsive, friendly and considerate host who is always ready to help. Magnificent, varied, plentiful breakfasts, they do not save money on guests here. There are thermopots and coolers on the floors, there is tea, coffee, sweets. Well, it's a great location.
The hotel is great, in the center. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. The breakfasts are very tasty, lots of fruits. Every evening, all the guests were given a plate with sliced watermelons.
The Vazira Hotel was recommended to us by the guide. Definitely a great hotel in every way. The location is almost in the center of the city. A clean room with snow-white bed linen and towels. The breakfasts are varied, everything is fresh, tasty, appetizing, that is, cooked with respect and love. The owner is very attentive and caring!!! I definitely recommend this hotel.
When choosing the Vazira Hotel, the view from the terrace to Gur Emir and the free airport transfer were decisive for me. I was traveling alone, and it was important for me to be met at the airport and immediately brought to the hotel. The owner of the hotel Shokir personally met me from the airport, and then on my return from Bukhara from the railway station. Very friendly and friendly, tactful and helpful, Shokir does everything for the convenience and comfort of guests! In all respects, you can score high points: an interesting interior with a national flavor, clean rooms and bed linen, impeccable wi-fi, strong water pressure, and delicious breakfasts!
An excellent hotel in the center of Samarkand, the location is not more convenient to find. Beautiful view from the terrace to the Mausoleum of Amir Timur. We spent wonderful evenings on the terrace. Good breakfasts, very hearty and plentiful. The owner deserves special attention, he is a very good and friendly person, met him on the train, helped with a good guide. The rooms are clean, the air conditioner is working. So I can definitely recommend you to stay.
We spent 2 nights at the Vazira Hotel, it is a private hotel, it has only 9 rooms. We lived in a 2-bed room on the 3rd floor. The room is very small – 2 beds, 1 bedside table between the beds, a narrow wardrobe.– You can't sit on the beds and drink tea on the only bedside table, because two people have nowhere to put their feet - there is a very narrow passage between the beds. This room rather corresponds to a single room, the second bed here is clearly superfluous. A small window high in the wall. The air conditioner is working. But obviously, only for cooling and ventilation. The blankets are very thin cotton. It was very cold to sleep – I was freezing. The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. Hygiene kits – brush and toothpaste, 1 soap for two, 4 very small bottles of gel for 2 days, 2 towels per person, slippers. The water is hot, the pressure is strong. We paid $99 for two nights in this hotel. Although it was indicated in the reservation that breakfast was included, we managed to eat not 2 breakfasts, but only one breakfast on the second day (we checked in in the afternoon). On the third day, we left at 7 o'clock and instead of breakfast we were given a very meager dry ration for two, which was not enough even for one person. There is a TV in the room, hanging on the wall, but all programs are in Uzbek. The search for TV channels does not work. We managed to manually find only 1 channel in Russian, on which old movies were broadcast, no news. There is a refrigerator in the hall on the floor, there is also a cooler and a thermos of boiling water, tea bags and toffee candies. Breakfast on the second day is served in the basement. As is always the case in mini-hotels, although breakfast is called a "Buffet", it is a "mini-buffet". Rice porridge, fried eggs and it's all from hot dishes. There are cold sausages and some cutlets, they obviously need to be heated in a microwave oven. Sliced slices of cheese, sausages. Boiled eggs. Processed cheese in packages. Pieces of butter on a plate. Sliced bread. Sliced pieces of tomatoes and cucumbers. I liked the cottage cheese consisting of balls. Tea and coffee. There are several types of confectionery products – cakes. There are two types of fresh pastries – samsa (puff pastry with minced meat) and thin pies (as the owner said) - with herbs. I didn't eat samsa, but I tried one pie with unknown herbs and I didn't like it – it seemed bitter – the walls of the pies are thin and there are a lot of herbs. Fruits - whole apples, oranges and bananas, which the owner allowed to take with him. At the end of breakfast, the host brought out another plate with yellow squares–obviously an omelette. On each table there is a dish with compartments – walnuts, raisins, nougat. The ascent to the 3rd floor is via a narrow steep staircase. On the 3rd floor there is a veranda, 2 tables and benches. The view from the veranda is of the Gur–Emir Mausoleum. The location of the hotel is certainly good for tourists. Registanskaya Street is nearby, and Registan Square is a 10–minute walk away. Rukhabad Mosque is located near the hotel. And so at 4:30 a.m. I wake up to the loud sounds of prayer broadcast on the radio. Of course, this is not very pleasant. All reviews say that the owner of the Shohir hotel is a very friendly person. But what one of the tourists writes - that she was attracted by a free transfer from the airport, in our case was not true – we were charged $ 6 for the transfer (6 km, 10 minutes drive). Shokir arranged for us a car with a driver for $35, which took us to several attractions that we visited on foot (Registan Square, paper mill, Ulugbek Observatory, I. Karimov's grave, Bibi Khanum Mosque, Shahi Zinda) and then he brought me to the hotel. The next day we planned to visit Bukhara, but since there were no tickets for the high–speed train (1 hour 43 minutes), Shakir persuaded us to go to Bukhara by car for $ 100, which we regretted the next day - the road is bad, the asphalt is in numerous patches, the car shakes violently and constant speed limits 60, 65 and 70 km. The journey took 5 hours (273 km). 5 hours there, 5 hours back, and there are only about 3 hours left for sightseeing in Bukhara. The driver spoke Russian poorly – he was traveling to Bukhara for the first time and found the way using the navigator. We returned to the hotel at 23 o'clock, left at 9 o'clock. There was no cleaning in the room for 2 days.
9 rooms. The room is cramped – 2 beds, 1 bedside table, wardrobe. Blankets are thin cotton. It's cold to sleep. In the bathroom there are sets – a brush and toothpaste, 1 soap, 4 bottles of gel for 2 days, 2 towels, slippers. The water is hot, the pressure is strong. We ate 1 breakfast, paid for 2. We left at 7 a.m., and were given a very meager dry ration. All TV programs are in Uzbek. On the floor there is a refrigerator, cooler and thermos with boiling water, tea bags and sweets. The breakfast is called a buffet, but it is a mini buffet. Rice porridge, fried eggs and it's all hot. Cold sausages, cutlets, should be heated in a microwave oven. Slices of cheese, sausages. Boiled eggs. Processed cheese. Pieces of butter. Bread. Slices of tomatoes and cucumbers. Cottage cheese, omelet. Tea, coffee. Cakes. Pastries– samsa and pies with herbs (said the owner) - I did not like them –bitter. Apples, oranges, bananas. The dish is walnuts, raisins, nougat. At 04-30 there is a loud broadcast prayer from the Rukhabad Mosque. Transfer from the airport - $ 6 (6 km, 10 min.). There was no cleaning in the room for 2 days.

The location is great. The rooms are small. On the upper floor there is an open balcony for all guests with a great view and two sofas. The owner is very friendly and hospitable, helps with everything! Thanks
Very friendly host, will help with any question. He organized us a great tour of Samarkand with a guide Alisher - I recommend it. I made a gift to my daughter for dr, as well as a late check-out on the day of departure. Rahmat! The breakfasts are very plentiful and delicious, samsa is the best I've tasted!
The location is excellent, the view from the terrace is unforgettable. We had a great time in Samarkand!
Very hospitable host, tries to serve at the highest level.
The location for the traveler, as it seemed to us, is super successful, with a view of the landmark (from the 3rd floor), in an authentic neighborhood, almost in the tour center, to any point of the city by taxi from 7 to 20 minutes. The breakfasts are delicious, every morning they try to serve something new, local dishes! Cleanliness is maintained, the rooms, although not very spacious, are very cozy and thought out to the smallest detail.
A wonderful hotel. There is everything you need. The most important thing is a friendly and caring host. He greets you as his relatives, he is always ready to help. Photo: this is a view from the balcony of the hotel where you can spend time with a view of one of the main attractions of Samarkand.
A small, cozy hotel! Location- it can't be better. The owner of the hotel is Shokir, a wonderful man! We arrived early in the morning, fed breakfast before checking into the hotel, arranged to relax on the veranda!! Thank you very much for such an attentive attitude! The rooms are clean, the breakfasts are good, varied! The next time we visit, we will stop only there!!
A very nice family-run HOTEL.The room has everything you need (kettle with cups, air conditioning, wardrobe, spacious bathroom with shower) The hotel has a very responsible and friendly host who is ready to help at any moment. An amazing breakfast (plentiful, homemade), you will definitely not stay hungry. There is a beautiful view of Gur Amir from the hotel's terrace. Registan is within walking distance.
I recommend this small hotel, the location is excellent, the breakfasts are delicious and hearty. The terrace overlooking Gur Emir is just super.
The hotel is new, everything is clean.
The room has air conditioning, kettle, hairdryer, slippers and bathroom accessories (towels and toothbrushes, toothpaste)
The owner is a very good man, his son helps him- he smiles from the bottom of his heart, it's very pleasant.
The only negative for me is the doors with transparent inserts.
We are delighted with the hotel! We had a rest with my mother, from the first minutes the owner of the hotel endeared himself with his attitude and sensitivity! His wife is no less pleasant, she cooks delicious samsa, which was served in the morning! The breakfasts were excellent, everything was for every taste! The hotel itself is very clean! The renovation is fresh! Everything is neat
We are traveling Tashkent-Bukhara-Samarkand - it was the best place
Even water supply, pressure and warm water always!
Also, the attentiveness of the owner was infinitely touched and amazed when he congratulated his mother on her birthday, to all the cordiality - it was an unpleasant shock!
We are very glad that we chose to stay with Shakir at their family hotel! Prosperity, happiness and well-being!
Now in Samarkand only for you ❤❤❤❤❤
Great hotel. We were very satisfied!
Excellent breakfasts and a view of Timur's mausoleum (it is a few steps away). The owner of the hotel suggested and helped with all questions, including the search for interesting excursions, etc., etc., for which we are grateful to him.
Good location, walking distance to all attractions.
Cool place. Friendly owner, ready to help in everything. Be sure to take a tour of Samarkand from him. Very clean, there are shower accessories, hair dryer. And what a breakfast! Delicious. Thank you very much.
Excellent location : near the park and the Gur-Emir mausoleum, Registan is 15 minutes away. Cozy and clean rooms, there is an opportunity to drink tea on a beautiful veranda with a magnificent view, homemade and hearty breakfasts, a very responsive and hospitable host.
The location was wonderful, the room had everything you needed, the hosts were very pleasant, the breakfast was luxurious, the most wonderful thing was a balcony with trestles overlooking Gur Emir, in the evening it was a pleasure to relax there, drinking tea. Many thanks to the hosts for the rest!
A nice and comfortable private hotel, with delicious breakfasts. We chose the hotel based on reviews and were not mistaken. We stopped at the hotel around 10 a.m. and the owner immediately offered breakfast (although breakfast was over by the time) and a room ready to move in. I suggested where you can eat delicious food in the city. We will be happy to return to the city and this hotel.
A wonderful hotel! Gur Emir is next to the hotel. We watched it from the hotel track! The location is very good! Registan is a 20-minute walk from the hotel.
We had a 4-bed room. There was enough room for everyone.
Very plentiful breakfasts. Samsa with zucchini has become my favorite! The owner is a very responsive person! I helped with any question!
The Wi-Fi worked well!
I recommend it 100%!!!!
We really liked it. Location supper, you can lick your fingers, the room is clean, the bathroom has underfloor heating, close to attractions, Siab market.
A magnificent hotel. They are very friendly and ready to help in each case. It is very clean and cozy. There is a beautiful terrace overlooking the historical site, Timur's tomb. Breakfasts are simply beyond praise! If we go again, then only there. Low price with excellent quality!
Very nice hotel, friendly attentive staff, excellent breakfasts, everything is delicious! The location is excellent, near the Gur Emir Mausoleum. The room was too small for three, but for a couple of nights it was possible. In general, only positive emotions!
Nice private hotel 50m from Tamerlane Mausoleum. A good breakfast.
The very polite, helpful owner Shakir gave us food with him, which was very useful to us.
We are very happy with our stay in this family-run hotel. I liked the host's hospitality, cleanliness, awesome breakfasts. It seems as if we were visiting relatives. The owner solved all the issues that arose instantly, organized a meeting at the airport at night, organized excursions for us, helped with the exchange of money. The location is convenient, next to the Gur Emir mausoleum, so you can admire its splendor from the terrace every evening. We recommend it. If you can still visit this beautiful city, then we will stop only here.
The hotel is great.Attentive and helpful host.I solved all the problems. The breakfasts are just great! There is always fresh tea on the floors. The rooms are very cozy.Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. To make the guest comfortable. The historical center is nearby.Yes, the veranda is just super.View of Gur Emir!!! After traveling around the city, you will have a good rest..I recommend it for check-in and rest
An attentive host. Helps with organizing trips around Samarkand. Helps with the purchase of tickets. Individual approach to each guest. The hotel itself is not big, but cozy. The breakfasts are simple, but you can order individual dishes. A great terrace overlooking the Gur Emir Mausoleum. You can catch beautiful sunsets. Not far from Registan Square, 15 min. He knows Russian, English, Farsi, Uzbek.
If you are going to Troy and decide to rent 1 room, keep in mind that they are too small.

A wonderful guest house. It is located 2 minutes away from one of the attractions of Samarkand, Gur-e-Amir, 10-15 minutes from Registan Square.
The house is clean, cozy, and beautiful. All rooms are decorated in the same style. There is double lighting on the ceiling, which allows you to create the right atmosphere. We were in November when it got cold, but the rooms were warm and cozy. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The room has snow-white linen and towels.
The room price includes a delicious breakfast, which consists of tea/coffee to choose from, milk porridge, boiled eggs, sausage, cheese, cheese, several types of jam, nuts, dried fruits, etc. We were also served very tasty hot bagels with meat.
Special thanks to the hospitable and helpful host. He can help you choose an excursion, tell you where to eat tasty and inexpensive food, unobtrusively and very tactfully advise on any question of the traveler.
I definitely recommend visiting this guest house.
Thank you for your hospitality!
The best hotel in Samarkand. A family-run hotel, great breakfasts, a host always ready to help, a super view of Gur Emir and the best hotel administrator in the world - Shohrukh)) Thank you so much for the rest!
Excellent mini-hotel, wonderful rooms.
The breakfast is generally the best I've had in all my travels.
The host is doing well, trying for the sake of the guests
Autumn is good for a private hotel. It's a good option for a couple of days. The hotel is very clean and tidy. It is very conveniently located, it is easy to remember the address and location. The staff is very attentive, always ready to help, they speak Russian well. I liked the breakfast, it was very tasty and a good choice.
Thank you Shakir for the warm atmosphere and extremely delicious breakfasts! A bonus to the cozy room is a chic veranda where you can relax after excursions.
The place of residence is very conveniently located, close to the Registan within walking distance. Very good-natured hosts, very tasty and plentiful breakfasts. My mother's mattresses were too hard.
The staff is very polite and helpful. Hospitality 10/10 . A cozy family hotel, the breakfasts are delicious. The location is gorgeous. Help from the owners around the clock.
PS. The owners need to change the photos on the booking website, etc., to professional ones, since the hotel is much better than the impression of the photos
Excellent location. In addition, good, though not large rooms, a friendly host who will give good advice on what and where. A beautiful terrace with a view where you can sit and drink tea. We stayed with our family and were satisfied with everything.
The very hospitable host of the Shokir hotel. Breakfast is delicious 😋
The location of the hotel near Gur Emir is very convenient to start exploring the city.
A small but cozy hotel, to the left of the main attraction of Samarkand - the Mausoleum of Amir Temur. There is an outdoor terrace on the third floor.
The cost of 2 4- and 3-bed rooms cost $ 86. The breakfast is very good. It is worth noting the hospitality of the host, after arrival they brought a watermelon as a treat, the owner himself drove us to the restaurant in his car, where dinner was booked.
Nice hotel in the very center. Temur's mausoleum is nearby. Magnificent terrace overlooking the mausoleum. Very hospitable hosts, delicious varied breakfasts
I liked everything very much.
Location near Gur Emir, 10 minutes to Registan Square.
We were lucky with the rooms that were located on the top floor. In the same place as the exit to the terrace.
The breakfasts are more than satisfying. Thanks to khazyain.
In the evening, every day, the host had a treat in the form of melon or watermelon. It was very pleasant.
We had a double room. Very small in size (it didn't bother me personally). I came to the room only to relax. Moreover, the terrace was nearby, evenings were spent on it, on a cot.
