I can say with confidence that these are my best photos for documents! The atmosphere in the studio is just wonderful: bright, cozy and encouraging.
I would especially like to mention the professionalism of the girls working there. They not only helped me to relax and feel comfortable, but also offered great advice on posing. The result exceeded all expectations!

I took photos in this place on 03/31/24, their quality satisfied me, they printed the photos in the required sizes and provided an electronic version. Recently, there was a need to print the same photos, but in a different size, I contacted this photo center with a corresponding request, it was said that printing the kit would cost 10 rubles, "you can come up when it's convenient, the kit will be printed immediately." So I did, I came over when it was convenient, and since they were taking photos of another client at that time, I was told to wait 20-25 minutes. It would seem like a trivial procedure to pick up a set of photos that I had agreed on in advance, but keep in mind that it will take a lot of time. There is no place to wait outside the door, there are no waiting places in the building, you will just stand under the door. Only an apology was offered to resolve the situation. Considering the cost of a set of photos, I consider this level of service unacceptable. A set of photos in the nearby center costs 14 rubles, does not require an appointment and does not require waiting 20-25 minutes, printing in a couple of minutes.

I learned about this studio from an advertisement on Instagram, and my expectations matched reality. They made a lot of shots, but it was possible to immediately check them and correct what they didn't like. A cozy, comfortable atmosphere, while waiting for the processing of the selected frame, I warmed up with a cup of tea. I really liked the result!

I needed to take a passport photo and I have already visited at least 5 photo studios.In each one, after viewing the photo, I wanted to cry and never get into the camera lens again.🥲
I found this studio, I arrived, the girl photographer took the first 5 pictures and I realized that I would never turn to another place again.
The photos turned out to be really beautiful, + for this amount you get three sets of photos, and an electronic version of the photo in full size (I had a standard package, due to the fact that I came in the morning it was also with a discount of 10 rubles.)
Honestly, I would have given more money considering the result, because that I already thought that I would be with a terrible photo in my passport for another 10 years))

I signed up on the same day, there were free time windows, a convenient location in the center and the metro nearby. Photographer Olga was very sympathetic, she said what and how to do, where to turn, fix her hair and so on. Excellent service, in the city center.
There is a website, Instagram, on Yandex maps. It is convenient to sign up and you can always expect that you will be the only one being photographed now, without a crowd standing nearby and staring. A cozy office with a tea area.
There is a large mirror, micellar, combs, powder for hair volume, matting napkins, a roller for clothes and much more. They give you as much time as you need to get prettier. They don't adjust it. They ask several times what documents photos are needed for to make sure that the person has not confused something. They take test photos, show them, offer to reshoot. Coordinate the position of the head for a better photo. They offer to select a photo on the computer and then retouch it. They ask for an opinion after retouching, it is possible to correct something else. They send a digital version and print it. They give out a check (if it's important to someone).
The photographer is simply space! Responsive, lively, interested in a good result. Top!

Excellent studio, located in the center of Minsk (packing for cars is far away, this is the only disadvantage). The waiting area is comfortable with tea and chocolates. The photos are great! I usually try not to write negative reviews. But then I couldn't pass it by. I chose the studio for the photo carefully. And of course I wanted a beautiful passport photo. We arrived at the appointed time for a photo on my passport and my husband's passport. But the master did not have a working flash. Well, it happens that there is such a thing. It's a technique. It would seem that it was possible not to attach importance to this. The girl said to wait 5 minutes. 20 minutes passed, and we asked if the equipment was working. She said she wasn't there yet, but she would look at something else. She offered to come tomorrow. But we couldn't tomorrow. Because the photo had to be taken on that day and the passport had to be handed over on that day. We waited another 25 minutes waiting for a miracle. But the miracle did not happen. When we asked again if the camera would work. The girl said that the technical support is not responding. There were no apologies. As a result, an hour of wasted time, which was already short. Well, customer orientation, of course, leaves much to be desired. You could have apologized, offered a discount, for example, for the subsequent shooting. nothing. And maybe still, for a photo with retouching at 55 bel. rubles per person, when in other studios this service (also with retouching!!!) it costs 11 bel. rubles, a spare camera should be available in the studio so that such situations do not arise.

A very cool place! I made an appointment in advance for a certain time, there is everything necessary on site to put myself in order and prepare, we made a bunch of shots, as long as I like it. I took a bag with retouching, everything was wonderfully edited for me, even the hair that was lying unsightly on my shoulder was removed from the frame. A very nice girl photographer, offered tea / water / sweets.
