The waiting time... if you got inside, then it is quite acceptable, but getting inside is already a task. People stand in the alley to eat. I was not ready for this. They do not book in advance. Usually this chain is delicious food for me, quite fast and in a cozy atmosphere. But this time something went wrong with the Cornflowers. We were not warned that the waiting time for food was an hour. Cold air was blowing in the hall, when asked to adjust the air conditioner, we were told that this was the general ventilation of the building and that it was impossible to influence it, the air was blowing so cold that we were sitting in hats and jackets, there was no talk about comfort here. I myself had to guard a table from a quieter place, and the request to transfer us was not immediately answered. The food arrived an hour later. The steak was half-cooked, the cook confirmed that it was undercooked, we had to wait another 20 minutes. However, the rest of the food was delicious and ready as usual, also in an hour. As a result, the expected quick snack took forever, plus I had a cold. I advise you to avoid this branch!!!

Positive:
Convenient location, delicious food, clean bathroom, children's menu, affordable prices
Cons:
no ice for drinks (in the heat of 35 degrees) with the premise that you will be brought only half a glass of drink for this amount.
The menu and food were brought, it seemed to me forever.
By itself, the staff is extremely unfriendly, it seemed that we were terribly annoying the young man (waiter) who served the table.
Whether to attend or not is up to you. Only you. For my part, I cannot recommend it, but I will not dissuade you from visiting either.

I come here often. One of my favorite restaurants with national cuisine. A good varied menu. There is also a children's menu. Young visitors can color and guess the puzzles on the children's menu itself. Pencils are always provided. Pleasant atmosphere. Soft background music. I have always come across wonderful and very helpful waiters. They always smile and can give recommendations on the choice of dishes.
The waiting time for the dishes, of course, depends on the number of visitors. But I've never waited more than 40 minutes for a hot dish.
This is definitely my favorite restaurant.

Everything is being prepared for a sooo long time, during this time you are already starting to look at the neighboring burger king out of desperation. They also cook poorly, they do not give a portion, and the serving of the dish looks, roughly speaking, not very good. Moreover, such problems now seem to be in all restaurants of this chain.
The waiter forgot about us at all, they waited for the bill for 30 minutes, called others so that at least someone had already calculated us. I just wanted to leave without paying, because the police would have arrived faster and issued a fine than we paid.

After relaxing at the spa, my husband and I did not know where to go to eat, and decided to stop at Cornflowers. The service here is just great! Even with heavy workload, the waiters bring orders quickly, always polite and in a good mood. I was very pleased with the food: as always, it is delicious, satisfying, the portions are large and at pleasant prices. The menu is varied, I want to try everything: meat, fish, pancakes, potatoes, dumplings! Desserts are a separate love, especially apple pie – right in the heart. The atmosphere of the place is pleasant, homely. Thank you very much for a pleasant evening. This is not the first time we have come here and we will definitely come to you again!
