I like the interior, it's beautiful and cozy. The food is not like in a restaurant, they didn't even manage to warm it up properly. The dish was served in the middle, well, straight cold and stuck together. Homemade pilmeni are more like cheap purchased sauces without taste. Potato dishes are not tasty. Only if you go to the lunch menu.

We visit cornflowers very often)) We live nearby. Food, staff, drinks, interior - I like everything! BUT minus the star for the musical arrangement. The music is just annoying (even infuriating!!!)! Is it really impossible to change? For example, some kind of relaxation, saxophone, light jazz.... At least. You have young people working for you and probably 80 young people come, but you have been doing the same thing for years.....

Everything seems to be simple, in Belarusian, but it is cooked delicious as it should be - the chefs are well done. There are plenty to choose from, homemade ala fried sausages with potatoes and mushrooms, a lot of vegetables and meat on the menu. The portions are large. We took home-made liqueurs as a test. The waiters are unobtrusive, caring, in Belarusian costumes, which gives the atmosphere to the establishment. Prices are affordable, average by Moscow standards. In general, it's the best thing to go for lunch.

We were passing through Mogilev and chose this cafe for lunch, because we really liked the Cornflowers chain – it's high quality and an adequate price. Standards are always met – delicious, good portions, fast service.

I love the cuisine at Cornflowers, and I visit them everywhere, but this is the worst restaurant I've ever seen. The waiters do not pronounce the order, forget to write down the positions, do not notify about delays due to high occupancy, and make unrealistic promises. You could easily wait half an hour for drinks, fifty minutes for a salad. And it's clearly not about the staff themselves - the waiters are friendly, tried their best to resolve the conflict situations that arose (and to their credit, they eventually decided). It remains to recall the Hollywood saying that "bad acting is bad directing". And it's time for the management of the chain to kick out this restaurant in the cold and replace it with someone who will prepare the staff, administer the hall, monitor the situation and resolve conflicts with customers, and not hope that young boys and girls will somehow sort everything out themselves. On the third day of our stay, despite all the reluctance to go somewhere far, we had to choose another place for lunch.

When my brother reminded the waiter about the cutlery for the third time, she finally brought them, but literally threw the basket with them on the table without trying to hide her irritation. We were so taken aback that we didn't even know how to react to it. The food is as simple as possible, of course, it is clear that this is a traditional cuisine and it should be like that, but you still expect at least some zest from restaurant food, there is none here. The choice of dishes is not large. The biggest disappointment is the cocktail — Long Island. It tastes like cheap whiskey with lemon juice and water. Surprisingly, since the cocktail is quite popular and in most establishments it is an order of magnitude better. The service was also not pleasant. From a good cuisine in general with a national flavor. If you rub potatoes into scrap, welcome to Cornflowers. Draniki and such and such, babka, machanka, sausages, soups, children's standard: fries, mashed potatoes, burger, pancakes. Everything is delicious.
From the complicated: the price of the check varied in the range of 80 rubles (next to the Tempo and the assortment except for draniki is the same, as a result, it is clear that the office is the same, but the Tempo is a little cheaper and with pizza instead of draniki), the service suffers in places (the waiters are well dressed and the hair is removed, but a girl specifically slipped through to me, most likely the manager, the hair is not removed, and they will fall into the dish). Of the three orders, I experienced joy only from one, one was slightly spoiled by the waiter, and the second simply did not get to me (the restaurant has nothing to do with it, but as a fact, such sadness happened with their order).
But one order was successful. The kitchen, the service all worked out once out of three.
Would I recommend it?
Rather, yes, you want Belarusian cuisine decent enough, come in with large portions.

It's a wonderful place. Cool country style interior. We were in June 2023, on a weekday, upon arrival in Mogilev, we decided to have a quick lunch here, and as a result, we additionally booked a table for the evening. The lunch menu is delicious and inexpensive, for two it turned out to be about 800 Russian rubles. Well, for dinner we had a great time: a table by the window overlooking the square, 2 main dishes for each, 2 beers, 2 cocktails (they do well + normal volume), a set of tinctures and an appetizer to them. All the food is very tasty, good portions, fast serving. The entire described set came out to us at 115 BYN, which at the exchange rate was about 3,300 rubles.

Conflicting impressions. On the one hand, there is a huge selection of dishes, including national cuisine, on the other hand, most of what was ordered was not to your taste. One of the waiters was quite unfriendly, the other was on the contrary, polite and friendly.
On the interior: I didn't really understand the style, some kind of eclecticism.
The restaurant is located in the shopping center, so some of the tables will overlook the supermarket and the escalator, keep this in mind. There are good tables by the panoramic windows, but in the afternoon the bright sun makes dining there uncomfortable.
The alcoholic menu is extensive, I recommend tinctures, especially cherry))

The impression of the institution has completely deteriorated, please pay attention to the management! Let's start with the administration:
1. You put a person who says that he is not responsible for organizing the distribution of tables to waiters.
2. For the whole claim, the person just nodded his head and said that he understood everything.
3. Did not offer a solution to the situation.
4. He says that the waiter has been working for two months and served large companies and had no complaints. But ...
Now you will understand what the situation is.
The situation with the waiter:
1. A person does not know how to read his own notes
2. I did not finish the full order. He didn't repeat it to us.
3. The guy rushed from us to clean the tables from another room, which led to the fact that the dishes were brought cold.
4. When he was told to bring the PREVIOUSLY ordered alcohol, he simply went to clean up other tables and only then returned not with alcohol, but with the words - 0.7 no, there is only 0.5. The waiting time for a bottle of vodka was 15 minutes.
5. The salads were brought, and the dishes only 5 minutes later (the waiter was cleaning other tables and only after contacting other waiters, he remembered to bring the dishes)
This is only half of the claims (all that I remembered)
I hope you will take action. I've never written this before.
