It seemed that Cornflowers are similar to the Tokyo City network in St. Petersburg. 4 pancakes and a little mushrooms in gravy - 15 rubles, it seems to me expensive, but delicious. Cornflower water is a liter of plain water, in which three slices of lemon and a little mint leaves float, about nothing. We ordered cold borscht, and brought the usual one. It's a little cramped, the toilet is decent, the interior is pleasant.

I really liked this place. I lived in a hotel opposite, it was convenient to walk here in 5 minutes.

A great place for brunch! We stayed in a nearby hotel, we didn't take breakfast there - in my opinion, it's much nicer to eat in Cornflowers. Varied menu, very reasonable prices, friendly staff! The food quality is excellent, everything is delicious, the portions are large.

The quality of service and cooking is average. We visited two establishments of this chain. The service is different, somewhere fast, somewhere not very. Dirty dishes are not removed from the table, apparently only the waiter fixed at the table, the rest pass by.
Cons: The pancakes were a little burnt, a lot of flour, there are places where they are much better cooked. The carp was terrible, the taste of stagnant water, although the size of the fish was small. The sausage pan was not impressed.
Pros: budget-friendly, delicious dumplings, that's it.
Minsk has a poor choice of cafes and restaurants (pizzerias and burgers are not considered). Half of the menu in this institution can be excluded, the choice is large, there is little tasty. Take the dumplings).

It's just terrible.
About the waiting time:
Initially, they said about 20-25 minutes, after which they were fed several more times with promises that another 10-15 minutes was coming.
In total, the waiting time was about 50 minutes.
Well, the food would have been worth it, but cornflowers a couple of years ago and this misunderstanding is just heaven and earth. For a pork steak and a frying pan with mushrooms and sauce at a price like in a real restaurant, we got a product that can be better made at home. The pork was still passable, but everything that goes with it and the frying pan is terrible.
They also took raf and caramel cappuccino, the coffee turned out to taste worse than in a coffee shop for 3p, how is that?..
The only plus is a pleasant rustic design.
But this is not enough to choose this place from all the others for such a price tag.
