Recently, my family and I visited the Vasilki restaurant in Minsk. The location of the restaurant is very convenient, it is located in the Dana Mall on the 3rd floor.

I visit Minsk quite often, I have heard a lot about this restaurant chain, but I only happened to visit it now. And I'm thrilled! The interior is homely, made in delicate pastel colors, the waiters are friendly and polite, the food is insanely delicious!
We ordered a hodgepodge, with garlic buns! Crazy delight! Well, it was not without pancakes- you can lick your fingers! The portions are average, but very satisfying!
The waiting time is short, the service is fast!

We chose a dish, asked the waitress standing at their "waitress's table" to serve us, to which she said that they would come to us soon. We waited for 5 minutes, no one came up, we asked again, and after 2-3 minutes our order was accepted. We cooked it for about 15 minutes. In general, the service is very long (I judge not even for the first time, I already came to the same institution in May, we waited for a long time, only they also brought us the bill for 10 minutes).
I ordered beef medallions for myself, but they were tough and it was hard to chew them. Beef can be made in such a way that it will not be tough. I used to order beef cheeks, they were delicious (only the mushrooms in the dish were too dry, it was hard to eat).

We visited an institution in the shopping center "DANA MALL". We bought ice cream (a cheerful cloud from the children's menu), cappuccino, chocolate and banana cocktail.
A long serving despite the fact that only coffee, ice cream and cocotail were ordered. Unfortunately, of the three ordered portions of ice cream, only one was brought correctly (we asked for all three portions with vanilla balls, and two of them brought assorted: chocolate, vanilla, strawberries). The coffee wasn't bad, but it was served lukewarm. The ice cream used was far from fresh marshmallows, hard and dry, and I would also like to note that the ice cream tasted like water, apparently the ice contained in the product. It's not worth talking about the cocktail, because it tastes like water was diluted with milk and cocoa powder was added.
The price tag is acceptable, but not relevant to what we received. For the sake of desserts, I do not recommend visiting this place.

If there are several of you, then leave someone on duty in the evening and wait in line for boarding while the rest go shopping. The place is so popular that there are long queues in the evening (I am writing for Russians who migrate to Minsk for the holidays, the rest of the days I do not know how to land here).

At the entrance, a small number of people crowded, we were seated, given a menu, everything is OK.
We got acquainted, chose, and waited for the waiter (unfortunately, there are no buttons). No one came up to us for 20 minutes, all four tables sat in a row, looked around and obediently waited, and they were right in the center near the bar. As a result, they went themselves, caught at least some employee and asked us to come up to us.
The waiter arrived in 5 minutes and took the order from all of us (tables), announced the expectation of hot in 40 minutes and left. (We were the first, but brought everything to us last). And the truth is, after 40 minutes, the hot was served, there are no claims and deception. But only we waited for our drinks almost as long (25 minutes). All the neighboring tables have been enjoying cocktails for a long time, but they couldn't pour us coffee and beer🤦🏼♀️
As soon as they finished, they caught the waiter again to request the bill…
Half of the cafe is empty, there are crowds of people at the entrance all the time, no one greets them or seats them.

I visited this institution today, very unpleasant impressions.
I arrived at 3 p.m., there were free tables (at least 6 pieces, in the public domain, I didn't see it inside, I didn't go in). I sat down at the table I liked (I was with my mother last time, we sat at the same table). I waited for the menu for 5 minutes, saw a girl (who eventually, as I understood, turned out to be a hostess, a girl with glasses and almost white hair, relatively short haircut), asked for the menu. A girl with such a displeased face gave me a menu, as if I had asked her to borrow money, not a menu.
A question followed from her, also in a dissatisfied voice: "Did you sit down yourself?". I didn't understand the question, I said, "Well, yes." She tells me, again in a dissatisfied voice, as if reporting back: "Next time you need to stand in line, there are hostesses for seating." Firstly, when I arrived, there was NO ONE from the staff at the entrance. Secondly, I was very hungry, I saw an empty table. Why should I wait for someone who wasn't there? What's the problem with the fact that I sat down at an empty table that I liked? There were no such problems during the last visit
After this dialogue, the girl barely moved away from me, and I distinctly heard the hostess girl CLICK. I understand that there are hard days, sweats, but clicking in front of a visitor is no longer acceptable. It was very unpleasant.
There are no questions for the waitress who took my order. Clearly, correctly, without a dissatisfied face and tone.
I waited for my order (pancakes from the lunch menu + kvass) for more than 30 minutes. Kvass was brought to me 20 minutes after the order, and then about 10 more - draniki. I understand that there was almost a full landing, but how can you cook 2 pancakes and kvass for more than 30 minutes??? Are you serious?
According to the dish: there are no questions about the pancakes, they are hot and delicious. Kvass turned out to be not very good, there are much tastier specimens.
As a result, this light lunch took me almost 40 minutes (I waited another 5 minutes to ask for the bill).
Unfortunately, so far the most delicious and adequate Cornflowers for the staff are in the Gallery shopping center. The Galileo has polite staff, but it took a very long time to prepare meals during an almost empty landing.

On June 6, 2024, at 15:20, my wife and I approach the entrance, we see people, we are interested in what is happening-they explain that there are 6 people and they are waiting in line for a large table to be vacated. Then, as in a bad movie, a redneck-looking waitress, somewhere 5 meters from the entrance, begins to say that she actually has a queue, on my attempt to politely explain that the queue let us pass ahead of itself, interrupts me in a raised tone and announces that there are no seats at all.
Why not put a "NO SEATS" sign in a prominent place? Why do I need to create a queue? Why can't the staff talk?
