I am delighted with this restaurant. The interior may be rustic, but the kitchen covers everything! We arrived in Minsk with a friend for 4 days and now we come here for the second day. Everything that we have tried is very tasty. The dishes are served quickly enough. The waiters deserve special praise: they are fast, very friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. I recommend it to everyone. And Belarusian cuisine is widely represented.

I really liked the Cornflower Cafe chain, but it wasn't cozy in this particular cafe. For some reason, a lot of visitors come here and a queue forms. The dishes reached our table warm, apparently they had been serving for a long time.
The waiters are efficient, but something in the organization of the logistics of the dishes has failed.
I've been to other cafes in this chain and enjoyed it.

The most delicious restaurant of Belarusian cuisine. The place is popular, to get here, I had to stand in line. Inside there is a national and rustic entourage. It's very atmospheric. The menu is varied, I want to try everything. I was especially impressed by the shingles with different "baked goods" - incomparably! For two people with liqueurs, we got 2 thousand and a little in Russian rubles.
It is colorful, unrealistically tasty and at the same time budget-friendly😆
A small minus: "Cornflower water" - apparently, it was not infused with anything😅

Everyone praises this place so much, but I didn't see anything really surprising, I stood in a huge queue, and as a result, I waited an hour for food.
The food itself is ordinary, it doesn't taste great.
I came by specifically to try new potato dishes, but I didn't really like the food itself. Uncooked potatoes. Salads are dry.
The only thing that was very tasty was just the tinctures.
We tried cocktails, too diluted with plain sparkling water. When you start to finish them, it just tastes like water.
I don't recommend going there, it's a waste of your time and expectations.
But I want to say a huge thank you to the waiters, the guys are great, they know all the dishes in terms of composition and how to cook them. Everyone is very polite)

We came to the institution based on the recommendation and were extremely satisfied. The interior is cozy, the staff is friendly.
There are many interesting dishes on the menu, quite interesting combinations without strange ingredients. For the first time in many years, I had to choose what to try first. We were in Minsk for several days and each time we returned for lunch to try something else.
We came in at different times on weekdays and there was always a full boarding, sometimes we even had to stand in line for a while to get in. But the hostess quickly seats everyone, regardless of whether it's just the two of you or the five of you.
Given the full fit, the dishes are served fairly quickly.

But the fast-moving queue outside the establishment turns into a tedious wait for everything after landing at the table, the drinks were brought to us after half the dishes, and not all of them, and some of them were delivered after several reminders before the bill was requested. The only thing that aroused respect is a herring with potatoes, you can safely take this dish and try it. everything else is beyond any taste assessment, add here a long waiting time of about 30 minutes. Everything is very tasty, the average check for two of us did not exceed 40 rubles (about 1200 rubles). One of the disadvantages is the waiting time for dishes, especially in the morning (we waited 40 minutes for 2 dishes). But in general, I recommend the institution to visit, it's not for nothing that there are queues at Cornflowers.

The waiter poured a whole plate of borscht over the child. The quest to wash the ingredients of a fine dish in a public toilet, which is located at the other end of the building, caused some confusion, including among visitors to the shopping center. A 2-km sprint for a change of clothes and we're back at the table. The sight of the unfortunate child sitting on a chair in his underwear was depressing. The administrator still hasn't come out - it's probably a common thing here. I won't say anything about the food - I ate cold soup and some potatoes. The cherry on the cake was the dessert offer on the house. No thanks. They paid the bill and left. Gentlemen, a decent institution solves such issues in a different way.

I liked that there was no need to armor, a pleasant interior, an extensive menu, and 5+ waiters.
As for the dishes, I ordered beef cheeks with mashed potatoes, vegetables, mushrooms. There was a taste of burnt vegetables.
Homemade wine is normal, I liked it.
