I ordered baked dumplings. Expectation/reality. Dumplings in liquid unsalted slush, without a hint of spices and pretentiousness.The cheese was on one dumpling, apparently they thought that such a crust would be enough for baking))) and instead of serving with *crispy fried onions*, I got a dish in dill, probably it will do, the cook thought. Circus. She didn't even eat. The waiter saw to the last that the dish remained untouched, but did not even try to find out what was the matter. They left, and we'll never come back.

I don't want to go in anymore, it used to be better. The playlist is terrible and loud and intrusive ((( Belarus is full of great music. Well, don't be lazy, pick it up. But not in a way that interferes with communication. This is the background! You'll get tired of waiting for an order. You will not have time to have lunch quietly, orders are confused, they ask again after 20 minutes. And you also have to wait until they come up with a dissatisfied face. There is a lot of tasteless mayonnaise in many salads. They became a station snack bar with an overground, but it was a good place.

There are a couple of comments.
1. Your vodka is bad - two people who ate different dishes felt very bad in the morning from 500 ml for two (from a commensurate amount of settings and cognac there were norms here). Either the staff is twisting something or the manufacturer, but what does it matter to me who is to blame?
2. If each guest ordered three dishes, you do not need to bring everything at the same time, we are not at McDonald's.
And the food is delicious - that's a plus.

We are visiting guests from another country. As it turned out, there are not many places in Gomel where you can go to sit and drink coffee. 08.01.22 somewhere around 14.00, Being in the mall with a small company, we decided to sit for a while in the afternoon. But, as it turned out, all the seats were occupied during the day and the sweet waiter girl said that a specific table would be vacated soon and it would be possible to sit there.Ok.We waited for 5 minutes and actually people cleared the table, we came up, undressed, folded our jackets, as some tall guy in a white shirt came up to us and said that the table had not been wiped yet and in general it was busy-the people who occupied it had gone somewhere.. When asked what the girl told us right at the entrance that we could sit down at him, he replied in a rude way, as it seemed to us, that he was the administrator and only he decides who and where to sit there and asked to vacate the table. We did not find any alternative, requests to wait a little, orientate by time, loyalty, customer orientation and other professional competencies of this employee. I didn't want to drink coffee after such "hospitality".So the number of stars in the review corresponds to the quality of service. I hope that the management will pay close attention to this fact, although judging by the fact that no one works with reviews, this is unlikely.

To be honest, I didn't like the place. The service is so-so, it did not come to tasting dishes. The waitress girls run, then they clean the dirty dishes, then they run to the kitchen. The order was not accepted probably within half an hour, plus time to choose a dish.
