Excellent restaurant with national cuisine. A wide range of dishes, namely, national cuisine. We went around, on purpose, about ten cafes and restaurants in the city center in search of Belarusian cuisine. At best, only Draniki are available, but there are more than a dozen dishes here: both the first and the second, and snacks. And the shots are cool! There were 3 days - 3 times we had lunch and dinner here. Yes, and the price here is 1.5-2 times lower than in the center. The waiter girls are very friendly, positive, correct and responsive. There is free parking nearby. There is a small disadvantage: it is in great demand, so you will not always be able to immediately get a free place, you will have to wait and a lot of orders for delivery - the waiting time may also be slightly longer than usual. But believe me, it's worth it. I recommend it, you won't regret it.

I sincerely recommend this place to visit. Always a full fit. Excellent national cuisine, delicious pancakes and soups. A cozy atmosphere. Everything is great! The prices are affordable, the portions are huge, the menu is large.
There is one thing, but the guys should update some points and buy new devices.
But, these shoals are more than overlapped by the taste of the dishes.

Everything is very very tasty!!! The portions are pretty decent in size. We took a frying pan with sausages - they are simply amazing. In the shops, the whole mullein is stuffed with buckwheat, here it is exclusively a meat product. It was a pity it was not enough, but there were other sausages in this dish - no less delicious. They also took soup with wild mushrooms, which was accompanied by a sandwich with garlic bacon minced through a meat grinder, bruschetta with herring and dried meat and cherry dark beer. We got great pleasure and pleasure! But this is about the "Cornflowers" in Vitebsk. In Grodno, the restaurant of this chain disappointed a little. The portions are much more modest, the meat in the soup has an excessively thick layer of fat, the lard on the bread is very tasteless, the sausages are a little dry, the cherry beer is clearly diluted.

The service is excellent! But that's what struck me! We ate in 3 different cities, Vitebsk, Gomel, Minsk, how do they cook everything equally delicious? After all, all housewives have the same ingredients, the borscht will be different anyway!
For 3x for 150r., we ate so much that we couldn't walk!

Complete delight! It is very tasty, satisfying and inexpensive. The service is excellent, not intrusive. The set of liqueurs is also top. We tried schnitzel and sausages with pancakes, and left satisfied with full bellies. At the same time, the food has excellent taste, high-quality and interesting presentation.

The Belarusian cuisine restaurant is of the highest level! We visited many times and everything is always great: both the food and the service. And on a recent visit, another delight: pork ribs melted in my mouth; pineapple smoothie is great (a seasonal novelty, but I really want it to stay on permanently). And the waiter Maxim (for the first time we had the honor of communicating with this person) simply conquered with his attention and level of service! The fact that he asked in what order to serve drinks and desserts is respected, because you don't come across this everywhere (even mostly nowhere), you mostly have to play ahead of the curve. In general, for us he remained a Man (with a capital letter) in his profession. All the best to this restaurant and Maxim personally!

They cook delicious and fast enough. That's the number for delivery. But there are questions about the equipment and maintenance. There is one huge air conditioner for the entire room, so it gets cold quite quickly next to it. There are not enough toilets for such a large number of seats, queues are forming. The meeting of the guests is very strangely organized: there may be a queue at the entrance, while there are empty tables in the establishment, a couple of people can sit at a large table, and a large company at a small table with side chairs.

Cornflowers is a chain of restaurants of national cuisine in the Republic of Belarus, we have been to different restaurants of this chain 5 or 6 times.
Everything is at a good level, draniki from classics to various variations.
Borscht is a test!!!
Appetizer with bacon fire!!!
A varied menu, I think everyone will find something to their taste.
For beer lovers, there is a variety that is brewed specifically for this chain of restaurants, light and dark, I took light I really liked it!!!

Delicious pancakes, excellent homemade cranberry liqueur (highly recommended).But the beef was very disappointing (finely chopped goulash, tough, sour meat...) Cornflower blue water also seemed like ordinary tap water... Perhaps it was on this particular evening that the cook was out of shape. Everything else is above praise, including the waiters.

Vitebsk "restaurant".
We were with my wife once before yesterday, and I liked everything. But yesterday it was just awful. We ate with a family (4 people) twice. In the morning, half a day after breakfast, I ate draniki and they were salty. But when we had enough food for 4 people around 5 p.m., we were stunned by the chef's crookedness. Draniki are the bare salt in all ordered dishes.!Plus, they're not crispy at all, but just pancakes. The son took the meat chop - it's terrible! The salt was already crunching. Then it turned out that the waiters know this and just say that they forgot to warn. Well, the potatoes were salted in the morning, add more potatoes. No, they're silently selling this one. There are no fried ribs and no one warns. They do put them in soups, though. I specially came from another city for a walk and lunch in cornflowers. Don 't set foot in Cornflowers anymore !

The unobtrusive but attentive attitude of the waiters. All through "thank you/ please". When they visited this place, they ran out of beer..Absolutely everything. We were offered to buy beer at a nearby store and the waiter poured it into our glasses. They could lose customers, impose a liqueur / tincture, and then everyone goes to a meeting. And we saved our customers, and earned money, and a personal rating, and a review.
According to the menu: the prices are average, the quality is excellent, the portions are large. It was delicious and a lot for me. I am a client from St. Petersburg, spoiled by both the variety of dishes and the level. I liked everything here. Everything is in moderation.
