I cried because I realized that the dress I had dreamed of for a long time was ruined. But Svetlana, who gave me the dress, offered to redo it and fix everything, tried to calm me down. I agreed, because the thing looked ruined and I was completely confused. When asked about the cost, she said she would do it for free, but I thought it was wrong and left 20 rubles. After that, they called me and said that the aforementioned head (they sent her photos of the work), who had ruined the original thing and let me down in such a way that it was impossible to imagine, said to pay another 20 rubles. No problem, the job costs money, I agreed. But pay attention to the service and the attitude towards customers already at this stage. And in the end, after seeing how they completely ruined my dream dress (the elastic band is torn, sewn terribly, the dress became small, cut off too much), I decided to write the first negative review in my life. You can't do that. As a result, the cost of my mistake is 775 rubles! Take care of yourself and your belongings, avoid this atelier.
