The doctor suggested several treatment options... because of my worries, I couldn't understand in any way, I asked and asked again... they repeated it to me 25 times, without trembling, without emotion. There was a problem with my pet, a tumor of unknown origin on his stomach, as the clinic under the house decided not to go anywhere, but to contact them, they accepted, examined, and made a preliminary diagnosis, which was later confirmed. I just want to express my great gratitude to your surgeon Artyom Yuryevich, just a big THANK YOU AND A LOW BOW TO HIM, that's what a man in his place means, a specialist from God, you just save the lives of our ponytails! The surgeon warned us about our heart problems before the operation and did not insist on surgery, as some clinics do, he said there was a big risk of not getting out of anesthesia and it was up to me to decide, he let me think, but in our case I did not doubt for a second the professionalism of this doctor, signing all the documents that warned about all the risks and in case of failure, I take full responsibility. The operation lasted 1 hour and 30 minutes, they called me to come pick up my dog, I came, I'm alive, I think it's the merit of the whole team from the correct actions during the operation. Unfortunately, I have met very few such humane and truly noble decent people in the person of Svetlana Vladimirovna Reutenko, director of the clinic, and Artem Yurievich Ionin, a surgeon. The kitten was born without a butt, and with its features, of course, surgery can be performed, but the outcome is the same. In order to understand this, he explained the features of the device and the options for surgery before and after in sooo much detail. I have not encountered such an attitude in other clinics: "if you want an operation, we will do it well." Thanks to the doctor, as faith in the integrity of professional people is being revived. Come to this clinic in Selmash for a comparison, I'm sure you won't regret it. Here, both a pharmacy and high-quality food are cheaper than in the city.

My cat was almost 22 years old, she was already blind and could barely walk...Then she went completely ill, I understood... That this is old age, but it is very difficult to decide on euthanasia in order to alleviate the suffering of an animal... I called this excellent clinic, where they asked me in detail about everything and told me to bring the animal for examination first.. My kitty, she even perked up a little, but it only happened for a couple of minutes.. The doctor examined her carefully and said that the choice was ours... They gave us time to think again, and they tried to lighten the mood by talking.. I really liked that these wonderful doctors were in no hurry.. and they gave me time to make a decision, they told me stories about animals.. They exposed the suffering of my Lyalechka, it was done very professionally.. They also supported me and my husband morally. A paradise for our little ones! Clean, cozy, comfortable! They treat animals like children. I have not seen this anywhere else! The cat was put under anesthesia to brush his teeth and the doctor carried him in his arms all the time stroking him until he fell asleep! Well, not a fairy tale? To say that we were satisfied is to say nothing. The prices are very reasonable! They only paid for ultrasonic teeth cleaning, so while the cat was sleeping, his ears were treated and his claws were cut. FOR FREE! Thank you so much for being here!

They decided to cut the dog's hair. They have such a service here. It's just terrible, the dog was cut terribly in places, they didn't get it cut, there are just no words to describe it, the grooming didn't call back to sort it out, we agreed that when they cut the dogs by appointment, they would redo it so no one would dial it. As I understand it, their grooming is rented by no one responsible for the quality of the haircut. I don't recommend it in one word.

We visited the vet clinic today, we were very satisfied!
Our cat Lukerya is diagnosed with PHIP and needs daily injections, which we could not cope with on our own at home.
To our great joy, we learned that now there is a vet clinic in Selmash!
We asked for help and the doctor coped with the task flawlessly!
The injection is very painful, the cat is nervous and timid, (at home, when we gave the injection ourselves, the cat even peed herself from pain and fear ...) but in the caring hands of the doctor, Lusha did not even twitch and everything went great!
I was pleasantly surprised by the offer to put on shoe covers at the entrance.
In addition, the doctor consulted with our other pet on issues.
Everything is very friendly, professional and tactful and, most importantly, it is clear that Your Pet is very fond of animals!
The clinic itself is spacious, cozy, there is a nice main hostess - Murka the cat, who will meet you at the entrance :)
There is Parking, convenient location (not far from the Charovnitsa restaurant.
We plan to come here again.

It's hard to call it a vet clinic!
They did castration in this institution, they definitely overdid it with anesthesia, they didn't wait until he got out of anesthesia and sent him home, they don't do that in good clinics!!!! The animal was not even weighed before choosing the dose for anesthesia. Even in the morning, the cat did not recover much from anesthesia. I wrote for a long time with blood!!!!!
It's not much about the clinic itself, and it looks like the staff is not dressed appropriately for a veterinary clinic. It looks more like a market.
I also ask you to note that after the procedure, they didn't explain anything about what to do or how to do it. They asked themselves along the way what came to mind. The staff was quiet about everything.... But in the end they asked for a good review, which they didn't forgive, but insisted on. That's where such good reviews on the Internet come from. The clinic was chosen based on reviews from the Internet. Don't bring your animals here!!!!!

I would like to express my gratitude to the employees who worked on November 17, 2024.
I decided to make a phone call beforehand to clarify if an appointment was needed. I was asked : "What happened? , explained the reason , " The cat is very ill, has not written for 2 days, tears up and does not let him near himself .." The girl replied, "Urgently to the clinic, out of turn." We arrived half an hour later, the cat was immediately examined, put under light anesthesia (since the cat was very aggressive) and a catheter was inserted into the bladder. The girls messed with the cat for 2 hours, fought for his life and saved him!! You should have seen their concern for my cat, as for their own, as for a child. They were worried about him, no less than I was..!! After that, the cat was prescribed treatment, given recommendations and sent for treatment. On the second day, the cat got much better and every day the cat feels better.
The staff also showed great compassion and tact, which helped me cope with my emotions.

We were with the kitten at the examination. They came complaining of snot, sneezing and leaking eyes. But thanks to the doctor's attention, we found an ear mite. We were even allowed to look at it through a microscope! I really liked the clinic - it was clean, spacious, bright and cozy. Good location, there is parking! I was here today and it was terrible, I came to ask for a drop from a runny nose for a dog, there were no pills, I began to read the annotation, they said that I was reading for a long time and the second one came out and called her to the office, maybe to drink tea, saying that I had been holding her for a long time. In the end, she called me names and was rude, I don't know what kind of doctors they are, I thought that the seller, but rudeness is obvious. I didn't like the attitude towards the client.
