A complete nightmare! The service is terrible, and the prices are unreasonably high. Every month, some kind of incomprehensible payments arrive, for which no one can really explain. The intercom is constantly breaking down, but no one is in a hurry to repair it, but the money continues to accrue. It's almost impossible to get through to support – either they don't pick up the phone, or they send it from one operator to another, and in the end there's no help.
They impose unnecessary services that cannot be refused, and if you try to turn off the intercom, they demand to pay some obscure debts and fines. It feels like the main goal is just to pump out money, not to provide a normal service.
Residents complain, but no one cares. New tariffs are activated without warning, and contracts are changed unilaterally. As a result, it's a complete disappointment, hassle, and a feeling that you're just being bred. If possible, look for an alternative, because it's more expensive to contact them!
