In the evening, I specially signed up for the morning in order to have time to wash a very dirty car before work, I arrive at the appointed time (7.30), and there is another car in the box, I would still understand if it just hadn't been washed by my time, but it hasn't even been washed yet.
To my complaint, why should I wait when I had previously signed up for a certain time and why they started another car, knowing that a car would arrive by appointment now, the car wash employee replied that since he was alone here, he washed all the cars in turn. As a result, I had to quickly look for another car wash, change work plans, and so on.
I pre-signed up for this car wash 3 times, and never once did I manage to wash the car by appointment.
I usually just come when I'm around and if I'm free, then mine.
A question for the management of the car wash, why organize a pre-registration if it is never followed?
One star only for the organization of the workflow, and the quality of the sink is normal.
