A great place to relax and go fishing. We visited more than once, ordered a house that has everything you need from a fork and spoon to a refrigerator. By the way, there is light and water too, otherwise some people here, as if under carbon paper, write that there is no, it's even strange why do this. The territory is equipped for recreation and fishing. We were answered all the questions we were interested in when booking and offered the best options that suited us. Thank you very much. We recommend this place and plan to visit it more than once.

-10000 points to this place, we booked 6 places for adults + 2 children, (2 people would sleep in the car) arrived on July 13 - 5 people immediately arrived and fried a barbecue, set the table and began fishing, then after work we also arrived (3 people). As it turned out, the son of the inadequate owner was resting nearby. And he didn't like that there were so many of us, and instead of coming over and finding out what was what, he started calling the folder. My husband and I (by the way, I am 4 months pregnant) were ready to leave, if so, it seemed to my uncle that we would spoil his little beds, and catch all the fish (which are not there).After half an hour's persuasion and an offer of money, this principled man stood his ground. In general, we began to gather (well, what should we do here if you don't get in touch), collected a hot barbecue, fishing rods. A spoiled mood. Then a call from a woman who for some reason had already persuaded us to stay, it turns out interesting. We left, I don't recommend this place to anyone, where they don't know what customer orientation is, and, guys, you're in the service business, which means you serve people (which means that you should try to make their vacation the best so that they come back to you) isn't that the point of business???? By the way, on July 13, it rained down trees (you can watch the news) - there was no electricity or water to take a shower, to which we were told - these are not our problems (it turns out that ours are customers).Uncle, it's good that at least you returned the money, I wish you the absence of customers (so that they don't break your beds, God forbid) and trample your grass, and teach your son to communicate like a man, otherwise he was so scared that he hid in his little house. After one call, we were received by your colleague in another place, which was very surprised by this behavior. So uncle, 1.5 hours there, 1.5 hours back, (time + gasoline), spoiled mood (moral damage), and an apology (for begging for a surcharge)(if you're reading), you owe me (since everyone is so principled).
P.S. By the way, about beds.Only one full double bed. There were two single beds, and they were bigger in my camp, and two were offered to sleep on a small sofa in the hallway, well, just comfort- comfort. This is what is called greed and non-client orientation. And also teach your retired watchman how to communicate with people normally, otherwise he got out of the den.(You don't pay me money, I don't know anything - move out, they'll come to us anyway). It's time for my grandfather to retire.
I wrote a review in principle, I usually praise the establishments, even if there is a misunderstanding, we always come to some kind of solution with people that is optimal for everyone.This is the first time in my life that people don't go to the solution of the issue.

A great pond, everything is beautiful and well maintained.Fish always bite.The guards respect, they do their job and do not climb into people's cages like on other reservoirs.It's just a pity that there are fishermen who do not want to pay extra for fish and try to steal it, but the guards do not allow them to do this, so there are a lot of fish in the pond.In my experience, this is the best fishing in 2023.I hope that 2024 will be the same.The owner of the reservoir has a separate respect and respect, in a word, the OWNER of his house!!!!!!! Perhaps because of the price, or perhaps that many more little things have been launched, which constantly throws everything off the hook. Whether I go again or not, my many friends have refused this reservoir and I will probably refuse. There are many replacements, better than these and cheaper. Ruffs are a reservoir, They are excellent reservoirs, but Vasava is not worth that kind of money

The place is good, but you definitely need to change the person who communicates with people for renting houses, pergolas, etc., the most unpleasant person in communication, who does not help you, but on the contrary creates the feeling that you are not expected there and in general, as if you don't care about vacationers.

We rested here from June 16 to June 18. The bite is excellent, the fish is large. Mainly crucian carp, Amur. Unfortunately, the houses could not be operated - tents were put up, and the weather allowed. The price tag is acceptable, the catch has paid off the costs. The access road to the distant houses is not very good yet - 2 cars got in, got out on their own. But there is already a mountain of rubble for a new road. I hope it will be scattered quickly and by the next time there will be a comfortable entrance! And I would also like to try out the houses. I definitely recommend you to visit! Drive, adrenaline and a great catch result!

Guys, I really advise you to think carefully before going there... the fish does not bite, the landlord does not engage in dialogue, accordingly, the issues are not resolved: there is no light, there is no water... this is despite the fact that the heat is outside ... I do not advise it... There are better and more beautiful places...
