We found an amazing Vartsla restaurant in New Gudauri, where the resort's most beautiful and friendly waitresses speak Russian. A very tasty version of traditional Georgian cuisine, everything is fast, friendly and inexpensive compared to neighboring establishments. Wonderful wine list and bar menu.

We were here on 08/02/2024. An enchanting place, the cuisine is below average, both in serving and in taste. We waited for the order for more than an hour, we were hungry and angry. A "brother from the 90s" is sitting in the diner and husking sunflower seeds, as we understood it, the owner or the manager, the dishes that the visitors refused grew up for him, and there were several such dishes
