I love to go to this particular coffee shop! A cozy atmosphere, pleasant unobtrusive music, always polite baristas, will prompt and recommend. The new winter menu was also pleasantly surprised🤍

It has always been the most favorite point of the Varka network as it is located nearby. But over the past couple of months, after visiting other coffee shops in the chain and returning here, I was completely disappointed. Syrup is not substituted in drinks (referring to the regulations).
But in another coffee shop, the employee himself suggested adding another syrup, it turned out to be just super-duper cool coffee) and I took it in 10+ other coffee shops in Minsk and Grodno.
Only here they refused me.
The next day, there were no bananas for the cheesecakes, she asked me to make them without them.
They brought it without a banana, but without my consent, with a mountain of nuts (which I don't like). The regulations did not interfere here, but they even decided not to specify the replacement.
It was all the same employee.
After these situations, I don't want to go to this point.

If you have a list of syrups that can be added, why didn't your staff suggest another syrup, but refused to make a drink?

It's a very nice cafe. There are tables for different numbers of people, there are sofas, sockets, everything is as it should be.
I liked the wide variety of desserts and drinks. An adequate price for everything.
I especially recommend mulled wine, it's the best I've ever tasted.

We were sitting with a friend in a cafe on Masherova Ave. 54, an atmospheric cafe, delicious coffee and desserts, but what can you not say about the staff, especially about the boy who worked there on 11.04
I have not seen such aggression on a colleague yet, there is no way to express any dissatisfaction somehow quietly, he began to shout mats at the poor girl, and during the conversation, it was heard that he says: shut your mouth!
Maybe it's not a very good day, but how is it at all? People are sitting and hearing all this, the girl is very sorry that she ran out all in tears, but the young man clearly needs to do something about his aggression.
I ask the management to pay attention to this! I would not write this review, but a purely human factor.

Of all the Brews in the city, it is more or less normal. And how you get there - there are normal baristas, and they will smile and tell you, and there are those who seem to dislike you personally for something or they are unhappy that you even showed up at their coffee shop.
There are no questions about coffee - it is brewed decently for its price tag, cappuccino turns out to be light, with a rich foam and without aftertaste. They are developing a good seasonal menu, so in addition to the usual drinks, you can also find some unusual exotics. Desserts are also good - they are ordered from a pastry shop, and most importantly, the price tag is not horse-made, but quite adequate.
The atmosphere is typical Cooking, with an abundance of plastic greenery on the walls and ceiling, round tables, plush chairs, soft lighting.
The issue with the staff remains open - so far, no Cooking deserves the epithet "customer-oriented".

We visited this place on the morning of 05/10/2025, and went in around 11:10. We went to the order desk and started choosing our coffee and breakfast. The girl behind the counter reacted reluctantly to any questions, and when we started to clarify about the sandwich filling, she began to roll her eyes, respond in the style of "I've already told you everything," and so on. We also asked for coffee in cups "with us", but they brought us coffee in ordinary ceramic mugs.
As a result, it is not clear why such an attitude was towards us, since we were all quite politely clarifying and just wanted to understand what to order.
At the same time, the food is not bad, the coffee is delicious, but the overall impressions remained negative and the mood was spoiled.

In addition to the classic coffee options, the menu also includes unusual ones (for example, coffee with kvass) which can be very amateur. It's a horror: two employees are standing, discussing girls all over the coffee shop, and in a style that clearly does not correspond to the style of public communication, it's just unpleasant to hear such a thing, obscene language also does not make the establishment comfortable. Both are on their phones, they don't care about anyone.
The barista Andrey was especially surprised, it is so cynical and publicly expressed in a catering establishment, it is still necessary to try.

Thanks a lot to the staff who worked on 11/13/2024. We came to the cooking with a friend to have a cozy evening, but at some point, a friend became ill and needed medical help. I asked to call an ambulance, the baristas reacted very quickly and helped in such an emergency situation right up to when we left the cooking area with the doctors. It is very nice to have such a helpful staff.

I don't want to go to this place anymore.
I came in for the first time, as it should be, we did not immediately greet the first, we did not offer a special offer for seasonal drinks when buying. After buying a seasonal drink, after trying it, I realized how disgusting it was, and eventually poured out half of it.
I do not recommend this institution to anyone. I would still doubt one institution, but there is another Cooking next to the Sportivnaya metro station, so they didn't give me my order at all, the network has obvious problems with staff.
