I am a regular customer of this point, it happens more than once a day. Always a pleasant atmosphere in the establishment! A cozy place that is clean, tidy, there are no foreign smells. Coffee is made quickly and efficiently.
The smile on your face is wider if Alexandra is serving you! I would like to mention her as a professional in her field who understands the industry. She is not only an excellent barista, but also a wonderful employee who knows how to work with people, has a refined sense of humor and great energy! Convenient location, near the metro, Parking is available.

The coffee is very tasty, the waitresses are just cute, but the waiter guy is a little rude (I asked to make coffee with an alternative and syrup, he asked me several times if I really needed it (I ordered it, so I need it :/), and then he asked "how do you live with such a diet?", I think it's tactless coffee is coffee, I didn't order anything bad or difficult, but this is a ONE-TIME situation, everything else is just great, beautiful location, polite girls, delicious coffee and very cool desserts!

In my opinion, if a guest has come and there is no way to serve him now and you ask him to sit down and wait, elementary politeness is to inform you when you are free, perhaps this guest also wants to make an order, he came to you for some reason. But loudly asking a colleague "who needs the order more for me or him?!" is, young people, rudeness. We got into your position - we didn't bother you, we didn't stand over your soul and gave you the opportunity to calmly fulfill a large order. And there are about five coffee shops around within walking distance. But why remember about it, you can serve other people further. Good luck with your work.

I recently visited the institution, ordered pomegranate mulled wine from the seasonal menu. Very tasty! The sourness of the pomegranate goes well with orange juice (if I felt it right), and spices complement the drink pleasantly. But! Why is it served in a glass cup, which makes it impossible to drink the drink for another 20 minutes after it was brought? The barista had to bring it to me in kitchen gloves, because it was really impossible to carry it otherwise. Work through this moment, choose the right dishes. And more. Finally find the second person at this point. The girl works alone every day. As a barista, I feel sorry for her and I sympathize with her.

The head should reconsider his attitude to laptops: 5 laptops on a weekday at 16:00, sit with a cappuccino mug for several hours. One has a phone call, the other is conducting an interview, and the third is playing dota altogether. Firstly, there is nowhere to sit, and secondly, it is impossible to be in such an environment. The coffee shop has turned into some kind of laptop space. I wish the barista girl strength and a weekend off.

There has never been a time when we were disappointed by the taste or behavior of the barista, although very often this happens in other coffee shops. I also want to note the cozy New Year's decor and the winter menu, which Alexandra helped us figure out, told us about all the drinks and advised. Usually, when you come here, there are a lot of people and there are queues. Despite the large flow, we didn't have to wait too long. Speed, quality, pleasant atmosphere, nice barista – all this personifies this place. I advise everyone to come here and try the cranberry brew💕

Since the girls were studying the language in the opposite corner, and there was no background music. It is impossible to talk about something of your own. Probably it is necessary that everyone has headphones on)) The drinks are mediocre, the croissants would be excellent if they were preheated. Well, it's normal for an employee to go out to smoke during working hours, when you have people in the hall and you still want to buy a yummy for tea.
We decided that we would not go to this particular coffee shop anymore :(
