It was terrible, we went in for tea, as a result we waited for 20 minutes, the people who were behind us in the queue had already eaten and drunk coffee. Then our order was not brought to us, after that we naturally came to find out when our order would be ready - we announced another 5-7 minutes of waiting. Tea!
As I understand it, we just lost or forgot about our order.
After it turned out that the croissant that I ordered was the last one and it was given to someone, the girls decided for a long time what to do and from somewhere they got 2 more croissants - no longer as lush and fresh as they had been on display before. We watched it all from the table.
As a result, 20 minutes of waiting, an old crumpled croissant and the dissatisfied faces of the girls of the workers - after all, we are the bad visitors who find fault with something. They spoiled the mood and had to finish the tea on the way, and not in the comfort of a cafe as planned.

Sometimes I take coffee here on my way to work, today I decided to eat Napoleon. To say that my shock is in shock is to say nothing. It was frozen inside: to the barista's question, do you have deep-frozen desserts? Answer: no, they come unfrozen, I say strangely, it crunches and is super cold. The final answer is: okay, I'll clarify later ☠️🗿
Replace it? Should I remove it from the receipt? Or ask if I'm going to finish it?)

It was 04/27/2025. The coffee is 4/5, the croissant is completely disappointing, it looks like it was two or three days old. Dried (dried, not crispy, like fresh croissants) with the smell of stale dough. I'm definitely never going to Cook croissants again.

It turned out that there were already not enough ingredients for the second drink. For some reason, everyone was silent about this when they punched our order receipt...
They asked for hot coffee, and brought cold...
It left the impression that I owe the barista something for my money, and not the other way around...
