The staff is very unfriendly. For the first time I hoped that anything could happen, we are all human beings. The second time I thought it was just a coincidence. On my third visit, I was convinced that it did not seem and did not match. The employees do not even try to hide that they are not happy to see a guest right from the doorstep. Moreover, the coffee is brewed well, the pastries are delicious.
It's a pity, but I will visit other regional coffee shops so as not to spoil my mood

On 28/12/23 (13:07), this coffee shop accepted an order for an Irish Coffee drink.
As a result:
- the drink turned out to be overheated (boiling water);
- it turned out to be impossible to drink after "cooling down". (it is unclear what was in the composition and strongly smelled of alcohol).
Before that, all the coffee shop's drinks were delicious and did not arouse suspicion... The desire to visit the coffee shop is gone.
***My comment on the official response of the coffee shop:
1. Do not make "fools" of visitors, the drink turned out to be "do not understand what" (before this case I had already ordered an Irish coffee in this coffee shop - I know what the "+" result should be).
2. I already regret that I did not return the "prepared drink" to the "barista", I would like to personally find out his opinion after tasting (if it turned out to be "+", I would gladly offer to drain the cup to the bottom and would be delighted to see how the barista drains the glass =))))
p/s - I poured the drink as a result and did not waste time on conflict. Next time, I'll do it differently.

I ordered a Gin and Tonic on 06/17/2024 (prepared by a blonde girl with the inscription "God" on her badge), but it was far from divine.Firstly, for some reason, instead of two slices of lime there was one, and secondly, gin was poured, it was impossible to drink, it was very bitter.
Last time Nadia cooked, I really liked it, let her teach the others how to prepare drinks)

For the first time, when ordering and focusing on making super hot coffee, they made it barely warm. At the same time, they took the coffee right away (it was for takeaway). It turned out to be barely warm, not that hot… They did not return.
The coffee is not delicious, although everything is always good on the Cooking network.
Today, when buying coffee, I made the emphasis clear and loud so that it was as hot as possible, it was just warm.
We also ordered cottage cheese rings. When they came to pick up the order, they said that the rings were out. We do not understand why we do not immediately inform you about the end of the payment…
Also, in both cases, the girl who took the order is always unhappy and does not communicate pleasantly.
It is a pity that the only Cooking in the area spoils the whole attitude to this network!

I visited this branch a couple of times and always with some adventures. I brought a guest - they cheated on her, did not even apologize and did not offer any kind of bonus or substitution as an apology. The last time I came in, I ordered a RAF. Before that, everything was fine with him, but now there was a feeling that he was not on cream at all, but on milk or cream was diluted with something. In general, a beautiful institution spoils the human factor. Management, please do something about it already. Otherwise, you will not stay in this place for a long time, unfortunately
