Unfortunately, for the second time I remain dissatisfied with the work of this point. The first time I ordered a drink from the seasonal menu, I was warned about the waiting time of about 15 minutes, which is acceptable. However, 20 minutes later, the wrong drink was brought to me, and I had to wait another 15 minutes for my own. As a result, they brought a half-empty glass of cold coffee. At another point, I saw the girl with the same drink, the volume was much larger. For the second time, I ordered a classic raf, waiting to drink a drink, which is made in all establishments, including other cooking points, with the addition of vanilla syrup. It turned out that at this point the formulation of drinks is different and instead of syrup there is 8 grams of ordinary sugar. In general, the staff is polite, but not focused. I really love cooking, usually there were no problems, but I won't go to this point anymore.

There was only one barista in the coffee shop on Friday morning. We waited a very long time for our coffee, although there were only 2 people in front of us. There were four of us and we spent at least 30 minutes waiting in the coffee shop + a large queue formed after us, many left when they saw how many people were waiting for their drinks. Please listen to the administrators of this point, one guy could not cope with the morning flow of people, given that the menu does not have the easiest items to prepare.
