Everything is delicious, especially the almond croissant and cheese raff. The alarm rings are really unusual and delicious!
We were like tourists in Minsk and specially decided to visit because of the funny videos. But the whole impression was greatly spoiled by the barista with glasses! As soon as we went to the first question, whether the breakfasts were over, I answered sparingly and with the most dissatisfied face. I still dared not notice the breakfast menu, he pointed it out to me after the question with an even more arrogant and dissatisfied face…

Fell in love with this coffee shop! An amazing team that creates an incredible atmosphere of warmth and friendliness.
Separately, I would like to note the rule with laptops – it is allowed to work only at one table. This already shows that comfort and coziness for everyone are appreciated here!

The most exemplary cafe in Minsk and the whole of Belarus, even the benchmark! I recommend coming here, even if you have 15 rubles left for a ride (metro, bus, taxi) and drinking coffee on the spot or taking a takeaway and walking contentedly. It's a great place. We learned thanks to humorous videos from Nikita Nesterov, and became real fans of this cafe. As soon as we arrived in Minsk, we came straight here.

The coffee is watery, I would say the assortment is more meager than in other brews, where there is an extensive selection of desserts at any time, the cheesecakes did not seem to be cooked, I did not want to finish eating.
I also want to note the boorish service: the baristas laugh loudly, periodically go out and constantly pull people with questions about the order (a girl was sitting next to me, they came up to her to ask, she said she had already made an order and was waiting, I don't understand why to do that). They also drive people with laptops from the tables (I don't understand why, provided that the landing was a maximum of 30%). Although I didn't notice any signs or stickers that you can't sit on certain tables somewhere. Because of this, there are constantly some disputes with the staff, people are stressed and dissatisfied, it is not comfortable to be in a coffee shop.
The feelings after the visit are strange. I'm unlikely to look here again.

There are no questions about coffee and products: mild taste, good price and excellent quality. However, in the video, the baristas behave relaxed and friendly, unlike in reality. There was a feeling that there is a client or not, there is no difference. There was no eye contact, no greeting, no smile. As a barista in the past, I can safely tell you that absolutely everyone, I repeat, ALL catering workers DO NOT CARE what you do when you are in a coffee shop.
Sleep / work / stick to your laptop, etc. We simply do not pay attention to this, we have 1000+ people per day and our own working moments.
BUT, each institution has its own rules, both internal and on the basis of the law, which employees ARE OBLIGED to comply with, because they still come, you won't believe it...to work))
And employees suffer because of deviations from these norms.
And believe me, far from the leadership, as everyone thinks.
And from ordinary guests, who then come up and personally pour it all on the poor barista.
Please understand that space restrictions are imposed on people working at a laptop, not on a whim and resentment that the owner of the laptop does not have, but everyone does, how so.......
. But taking into account the opinion of the majority of consumers
The coffee shop is trying to get better for you! After all, they do not position themselves with a sign of NO LAPTOPS, there is even a dedicated table.
But no, and here let's dig in, it's not convenient, a whole one table out of a possible 200+ coffee shops, where it is allowed with a laptop.... 😰
If you don't like it, what's the point of changing a coffee shop for you alone, where most people are comfortable sitting without being distracted by technology, just because you didn't like the table?
There are a lot of other places nearby where coworking works, why not them?)
To the words: "Well, I'm only for an hour and there is no landing."
It's the same as "Ma, 5 more minutes."
And besides, let's go back to the above.
Again, none of the employees controls what you do in the coffee shop, and even more so does not stand over you with a stopwatch,
BUT, due to the fact that employees are being pulled by other guests who also want to sit at a table in a cozy room, they just HAVE to go and figure it out to you, which is why other consumers are already suffering, who now have to wait and look at, believe me, not so animating what is happening. It is unlikely that you read books while drunks are fighting on the bench.
That is why, having maintained ethics, after 15-20 minutes, even with a small landing, a barista comes up to you prematurely and, WITHOUT EXPELLING ANYONE, WARNS you that it would be better to move to a specially designated table for work.
Believe me, they also don't like to pull someone once again, but there's no choice, you're at work.
Regarding the dissatisfaction about the products received:
In any franchise, and even more so in the Varka network, where they value their reputation, they will ALWAYS redo your order, if you ask them to replace it, believe me, they will not be impoverished, they do not mind a couple of ml of milk for you, they would rather give you a discount or a gift than leave you with a bad experience.
You are even personally notified by the owner about this, after the published review. What am I talking about?

Today, together with my beloved, we went to the Varka cafe. A small, quite cozy coffee shop. We took it for two: a croissant with ham, pickles and pesto. Additionally, a croissant with chocolate and lemon filling. I took a Flat White for myself, and my beauty wanted a Latte. A pleasant smiling barista girl accepted the order. Which pleased me, I didn't have to wait long. Croissants were brought first, after coffee. Ham, cucumbers and pesto were eaten quickly, as it is really bombastic. The chocolate is not bad, but I didn't really like it. The worst in my opinion is with lemon filling. The two of them barely mastered it. But I think he will find a response in something in his heart. I'll say this about coffee: I'm trying Flat White for the first time, to be honest, it's not my thing at all. It turned out to be very strong, I was a little dizzy all the way home. And here's a Latte... In my opinion, it is even better than in our favorite coffee shop. It was thought that they would not be able to do the same in any of them. Now I know for sure they can!

A very cozy place, smells of nothing but coffee, clean. Yes, the coffee shop area is small, but it creates its own sweet lampiness.
I wanted to fly in and order some coffee and a curd ring (or at least an almond croissant). But when I saw the heroes of the shots firsthand, I was confused. Modestly I took a latte and a hearty croissant (not only sweets can be treated!).
The croissant is super, hearty and delicious, not cloying. Latte with foam (mmm<3) in a wonderful yellow mug, perfect in taste, no sugar was needed (although I always add it to the latte).
I recommend you to visit! Fast, tasty, at normal prices. The baristas are wonderful, they will patiently advise you what to order if you have problems with the choice
