I recently visited a coffee shop, and I have only positive impressions.
The service is top-notch. The staff is polite and helpful, they are always ready to help with the selection of drinks.
As for the coffee, it's really great here.

I was walking by and wasn't going to buy coffee (although I'm an avid coffee drinker), but Arina's smile stopped me and disarmed me. Arina talked about the seasonal menu, Victoria also helped with advice, made a "Grinch drink". By the way, the girls weren't fooled, it's a delicious drink with matcha and spices (I was worried it wouldn't be sickly sweet).
I am writing a review mostly for the owners of the outlet, the girls are super, cute, unobtrusive, naturally talk about the products, recommend them. I've seen them interact with other guests as well. I also work in catering and service, and I know how difficult it is to find such staff.
And if girls, this is your point, then I wish you great success! In any case, you've done great. 🤗❤️

The service is at a high level! I came with my sister, who had never drunk coffee in the brew. The barista recommended drinks for both of us to suit our taste, and we also took a pistachio cake - it was incredibly delicious!
It is very nice to see that the barista likes the work, which means that the company does everything for both employees and visitors!
We took Barbarella matcha and Latte grillage - we were delighted)
Comfortable and stylish sofas, dishes.

I noticed that cooking had started in the palazzo. The coffee is delicious, the baristas are very pleasant, the coffee was prepared very quickly. Of the desserts, I recommend trying a basket with berries, I really liked it, I have not seen such a dessert in other brews. There were no restrictions on the laptop)

The worst and most expensive coffee, like from a 7.5-ruble vending machine.
It tastes like coffee from a vending machine, and I'm not talking about latte art at all. Instead of installing expensive furniture, we would teach our staff the basics of baristics.
I regret that I did not return the money for this masterpiece, but just threw it away.

The magical author's drink Polar Express, now my favorite this winter! Arina and other girls sincerely help to make a choice, every time you want to try something new. Desserts are on fire! It is comfortable to sit here at a classic round table, and on a low sofa, you can relax with pleasure.
