Very nice staff and management. There were problems, but the management in the person of Vadim solved everything. Serafima's barista is just wonderful, she makes the most delicious coffee! I love this place and often sit here with my pants on.

Quite a cozy and pleasant place, convenient location right next to the house. Intelligent and kind staff with very good service, sufficient number of seats. I liked the delicious tea on the recommendation of the employee, and the availability of books. I recommend it!

It was March 26th and there was a wonderful barista (just a nanny, a cutie, super comfort) and made a sooooo delicious cheese raff (we came right at closing time) 🔥🔥🔥
We arrived on March 27 in the morning, as a result, another barista just accepted the order with a stone face, cooked coffee and pancakes with red fish for a sooo long time. The cheese raff was just disgusting. Again, the menu indicated pancakes with sour cream, but it was not on the platter. I had to clarify whether she would or not - as a result, the barista went to a nearby store to buy more sour cream. 🫤🫤
5 stars only for the barista who worked on March 26 and her delicious cheese raff.

An insanely sweet and friendly barista met at the checkout, quickly made and gave the order, the coffee shop itself is small in size, but everything you need was placed in it. There is a self-service table with everything you need (sugar, cinnamon, lids, etc.)
The only inconvenient location of the restroom, you need to take the key from the barista and go through a corridor with several doors, there is a chance to get lost, but they will always prompt and show you behind the bar.
The range of pastries is classic for Cooking, there are seasonal and classic drinks (including cold ones), you can take both on the spot and with you.

Hello. I was at your place last week. The saleswoman Serafima has a very nasty feeling in her soul, as if she was doused with fuel oil. I went in to try the youth coffee drink “RAF“, to which the saleswoman looked at me like the Devil and asked: - “What kind of milk do you like?“ When I asked a clarifying question: “What kind of milk is there?“ she clicked her tongue and went to make coffee for another customer. After a whole 5 minutes, she came up to me again and asked with a dissatisfied look: “Have you chosen?“. I replied: - “In the usual way.“ And then the fun begins!!!!!!!! The girl squeezed a RAG into my coffee drink in front of my very eyes!! Well, I thought maybe it's a drink that's being prepared with such finesse... But at home, my grandson, Alyosha, said that it shouldn't be like this! I will not come to an institution of this kind again. One star for the fact that the drink was to my taste, but a little sweet

The quality of the coffee is good and the cups are ceramic , not disposable cups - this pleases .
But I barely found the location where it is. While driving through the courtyards and "policemen" of this new Chelyuskintsev Park complex, I already regretted that I went there.

Do something with the barista girl. We went in, there was only one guest in the coffee shop - apparently the boyfriend of this very girl, since she was sitting at the table with him when we came in. Not only did she obviously reluctantly get up and go behind the counter, but she also cooked TWO coffees for 10 minutes, well, it's just ridiculous. In my opinion, speed is important in a coffee shop, but here it is not from the word at all. I love your network very much, but specifically in this coffee shop for the second time and the second time there is a long wait with an empty establishment and a dissatisfied employee's face. There is no more desire to come in, we hope either to change the employee or to change her mood to a friendlier and faster service.

Literally now I'm drinking a double cappuccino from this coffee shop at home and I can't help but share that this is the best double cappuccino that I've tried! Everything is good in it! Perfectly brewed coffee, harmony with milk, ideal temperature, etc.
