Sad and insulting… I was deprived of the opportunity to just eat…
I came to this coffee shop, bought a drink, but they forbade me to eat my own food — even though I have strict medical indications, and I physically cannot eat what is offered here.
I understand the rules of the establishments, but isn't it possible to meet them halfway when it comes to health? I didn't ask for anything for free, I bought coffee, I just wanted to sit quietly and eat my food. Instead, I received a harsh rejection and a feeling that I was ** not welcome** here.
It is a pity that in such a cozy place there is not ** a drop of human understanding **. I will not come back and I do not recommend it to those who for some reason have to monitor their diet.

There are no questions about food and drink . But! People come to the coffee shop to have a quiet meal. The girls loudly shook the glasses out of the boxes for more than 10 minutes and threw them into the closet . Everyone has their own job, but it shouldn't affect the visitors. All these procedures can be done more quietly and carefully. After making a remark in a very tactful way , I heard that they needed to do this . I asked you to do it more quietly. But - the shaking out of the boxes , the carrying of the ladder continued with the same clatter . As a result , she left the institution .

A good coffee shop near Malinovka metro station. Many visitors are residents of the house who come in the morning with their mugs for coffee. I liked the croissant with ham and a large coffee. At 11:00 on a weekday, I came here to have coffee and eat. I ordered, paid, and was about to sit down at a table.
I had an iPad in my hands, I didn't have time to put it down. On the table and sit down, as a female employee came up to me and told me to move to the upper tier, because these two tables downstairs are for those who do not have a tablet or laptop with them. I was already taken aback, but I moved.
Upstairs, a girl was sitting next to her, working on a laptop, on the other hand, a child of about 5 years old was playing Django loudly. That's all the visitors)
The music from the speaker was blaring right in my ear. It sounds louder on the second tier than on the first. When I left, there were guys sitting at that table downstairs with a laptop.

The owners of varka, apparently, invested well in Internet promotion, but saved, as often happens in coffee shops, on staff. One person in the morning, of course, is not able to process all orders in a timely manner. It is also unclear why the windows are almost empty in the morning and there are almost no pastries - do they bring them in the evening?
Total: the interior is pleasant, the service is on the count with a minus, the coffee is ordinary. I don't want to go in anymore.

For the first time in my life I am writing a negative review
I came to drink coffee, have breakfast, and work. Coffee is ok, cheesecakes are ok, the rest is not ok.
There were only 2 tables available and both were directly under the air conditioner. I tried to sit both ways, it blows the same way, while the air conditioner is running at 16 degrees, and it's not hot outside at all, but even vice versa. I asked the barista to turn down the air conditioner, sat for 10 minutes with a literally icy shoulder and the right side of my face, and nothing changed (not only according to the sensations, but also according to the temperature indicator on the air conditioner itself).
When the barista girls at the bar began noisily shaking something out of the boxes for 5 minutes, so that there was ringing in my ears, I realized that this was a sign and left, since health and nerves are more expensive.
I still did not understand why the room was so frozen, the visitors and why it was impossible to think over the location of the tables so that the air conditioner did not blow directly on them.

I've been here 3 times and 3 times I get brewed coffee, after which it can get bad ( 2 out of 3). But in the coffee shop of the same chain on Romanovskaya sloboda, exactly the same coffee is made much tastier.
