I was at a coffee shop the other day. A warm place, interior, delicious food and coffee to your liking.
I was very hungry and only stopped by for coffee, but the barista offered lunch and quickly did everything. I really liked the pancakes with salmon and the curd ring.

I am satisfied with the quality . Coffee is 100% Arabica . Porcelain mugs are more environmentally pleasing than disposable cups in cheaper coffee shops. Clean tables and a good toilet are also pleasing.

It was my favorite cooking, but last time I stopped by hoping to eat a bowl, but no, new autumn menu, no bowls, take pancakes. And pancakes with ricotta and salmon were not impressed, such a table option, but in a rich way. Now I don't see the point in going there. Five stars, because everything is fine in general, and the menu is approved by the franchise owner and the institution itself is obliged to follow it.

But, one unpleasant moment in the service can leave a residue.
The coffee shop's work schedule is 8.00-22.00, which implies that at 8.00 employees should be ready to serve customers, i.e. the coffee machines should already be "charged".
However, today, 06/26/2024, when I came to the coffee shop at 8.05, a girl came out to me, as if she had just got out of bed and proudly announced that the coffee would be ready no earlier than 30 minutes later, turned around and went into the back room.
I am sure that the question is precisely about the "responsible" employee, who is not interested in what he is doing and spoils the impression of the place with his behavior.

After the incident of 1 week, I will share my observations of shortcomings. My usual order is a double cappuccino and hot chocolate. During the week, there have never been any orders that I have not been asked if I am sure that I want to order their hot chocolate? Have you tried ours? Are you sure you want ours? Although this is exactly what standard hot chocolate is, and not Cocoa under this name. When ordering at the checkout, they constantly clarify about the availability of the application, well, after installing the application, I saw that there is an online ordering option, placing an order - the status has not changed from "in processing". When she came to the coffee shop 10 minutes later and clarified about the order, the girl replied that in general, their orders through the application are not processed, after I showed my order on the phone in the application, she opened the tablet on the table, together we saw my order on the screen and... she just locked the tablet without even processing the order. She replied that only paid orders are already being processed. I asked for help how to do this? after all, there is no online payment function in the application, to which the girl replied with another phrase that they can process the order only if you are a regular customer. Having not figured out where to get acquainted with these conditions, I asked what I needed to do to order online. The girl replied - nothing. Then why is it possible to make an online order? which no one plans to consider. At least you can warn about this by using the phone number from the order.

After accepting the order, employees do anything except serve visitors: wash dishes, lay out napkins, take cakes, etc. The waiting time for 1 cup of coffee and one croissant is about 30 minutes. Moreover, there were 5 people in the cafe and the last order was mine. Many did the right thing by leaving without waiting for their turn to order.

Coffee shop with breakfast. Impressions:
1. Cappuccino coffee is delicious, but it was brought almost cold :(
2. The shrimp toast was liked only by the shrimp themselves. The sour-salty sauce completely spoiled the impression of the dish.
3. The toast with red fish and poached egg was fresher, tastier, and more tender.

5. Cocoa - even nesquik tastes more pleasant.
6. Service is great, if not for one thing! They said that the terminal was not working... they did NOT give a check when paying in cash.
7. After breakfast, half an hour later, I had a headache. I associate this only with eating in a coffee shop.
