Usually everything is fine when girls work, but here they chose this particular coffee shop for the sake of service, because guests came and wanted everything to be perfect. As a result, the guys who worked that day just turned away from visiting this coffee shop. Both Americanos were the color of muddy water, as if 1 shot was divided in half for us, by the way, the same taste. In general, the service was disgusting, the guy with glasses rolled his eyes and said that he was alone here, although there was a partner and there was no special load. They waited a long time for the order, asked for spoons, expected that they would be brought with desserts, but they were brought and given into their hands. If I have to visit this coffee shop again, then at the sight of these "workers" I will turn around and leave

I've always generally liked Cooking, but the quality has deteriorated. I don't know, it's the inexperienced baristas, the "simplified and cheapened" recipe, the combination of all this, but the drinks have become just disgusting. And it's not just in this Cooking.
1. Sea buckthorn drink. Where is there, in fact, at least something from sea buckthorn? There's water in the glass, lemon, and spices, so much so that my throat starts to burn, I just don't want to drink it anymore.
2. Double cappuccino. It feels like they're just serving whipped, heated milk, to which a little "coffee water" has been added, which was left behind by someone. That's not even the color of coffee, the color of milk. It's impossible to drink it, after a couple of sips it starts to make you feel sick. It's just money in the trash, and a bad feeling to boot. A double cappuccino should have a double espresso! I'm afraid to imagine what's in that regular cappuccino now, if it's like this with a double.
3. Raf. Previously, it was always soft and delicious, but now it's just fat whipped milk. I would not say that there are big differences in taste with the same double cappuccino, one and the other is just disgusting.
There's a cold bumble on the menu in winter, but no warm one. Apparently, you need to spend too much coffee, you can't fill half a glass with ice and milk.
We used to go to this coffee shop, but after such wonderful drinks there is no desire. The price does not match the quality.
I would also like to note that they have repeatedly refused to provide normal dishes on the spot, referring to the fact that the car is full. Excuse me, but what's with the sink and faucet? Or should I do the dishes myself? If I take a drink on the spot, it means I want to drink it from a normal mug, not from a paper cup. With such drinks, prices, and service, there will soon be no visitors at all.

Before writing a review, I decided to make sure if there are any other visitors who are dissatisfied with the staff. It turned out I wasn't the only one. I was passing through Minsk in July, visited this institution just when 2 guys were working, who, I see, have already managed to be remembered by many visitors. Indeed, the service is disgusting. I ordered oatmeal with nuts and banana to take away, decided to wait until it was cooked. I waited decently, then decided to come over and ask if I could help with the cooking. Oatmeal is cooked quickly. To which they replied with some banter that we had called you, we said that it was ready. At the same time, my hearing is excellent. They were laughing so clearly in my face, it was very unpleasant. And if a really hard-of-hearing person came? He would never have waited for an order in his life. It's sad that such people are hired!

Very convenient coffee location. Not far from the parking lot.
Coffee is very tasty and quickly prepared. There are sweets in the cafe, although by the evening the choice is reduced.
The staff is very polite and friendly.
In my opinion, there is warmth in the cafe. A large frame window in any weather creates a special impression depending on the season. I especially like being here in winter when it's cold and snowing. Also, if there is free time, being not far away and I want to start my day calmly, I go to a cafe.
It is also suitable for business negotiations of 1-2 people for informal communication.

One of the most comfortable (in terms of space) Rooms.
But the behavior of the staff can introduce you into a mix of cultural shocks.
Shock 1.
We came in 40 minutes before closing, and the barista immediately warned that she would pour tea only into paper cups. Their dishwasher is already full and they won't be able to wash the cups.
To prove it, they defiantly opened the door in the dishwasher and showed us dirty dishes.
(How often do you look at other people's dirty dishes in the restaurant? :)
The situation was resolved only when the second employee announced with a theatrical sigh that she would "provide an additional service" and wash the cups manually.
Shock 2.
Since the coffee shop is open until 22:00, this (apparently) means that at exactly 22:00 it needs to be locked, the lights turned off, and the staff urgently leave the premises.
With our arrival, the most active cleaning began in the room.
Chalk diligently, from the bottom of your heart, straight towards your customers. Kicking up dust and debris with a broom in the face.
Paul washed just as diligently. 5 ⭐ !
I would like to believe that we inspired the girls to work hard, because everyone who entered the coffee shop still received their portion of a hot drink between cleaning :)

5 minutes before closing, we were reminded that "staying indoors is not an option for us," and therefore it's time to get out (along with the trash).

They were served by two completely young girls who were clearly born in the 20s. That is, 10 years after the collapse of the USSR, where rudeness in public catering was served as hot as a drink.
Where does this trash in manners, habits and standards come from for those who are "not like that"?

Minuses:
We ordered the author's drink of the match-peach, only peach was felt, unfortunately. Pancakes with salmon are sad, the fish turned out to be not fresh (as in other cafes for the same amount), it was canned, the expectation is reality.
The serving leaves much to be desired
But there are also advantages)
The latte is delicious, the croissants are fresh!)

Porridge... what is served in this institution cannot be called porridge, it's just liquid snot in a plate. Oh, yes, they also gave a dirty spoon to this porridge, so look carefully at what devices you eat already tasteless dishes with. Match with lumps, teach the barista to do normal, help your establishment. Oh, and the barista himself is nervous, with a disgruntled face. Lattes and Americanos were normal. The croissant and the curd ring are delicious. I don't understand the thousands of rave reviews, this place is not delicious!

The barista was extremely unfriendly, defiantly throwing cups and equipment, aggressively opening the package. I understand that it's not very good to come 10 minutes before closing, but still, the coffee shop is open until 22:00, and you could have served more politely, especially since it wasn't a big order, just one coffee. I am very unhappy with this visit experience :(

The coffee shop is cozy, very pleasant and friendly staff. The quality of the brewed coffee depends on the barista. It happens to be very tasty rich coffee, and it happens like milk (I buy cappuccino). As for baking, it is not always fresh. I periodically buy almond croissants and twice they were not the first freshness.
I would also like to include the following point among the disadvantages. The Vark coffee chain has loyalty applications. So in this coffee shop, employees never offer to use it and rather close the receipt. For example, as in another they will ask about it and offer to download it if it is missing.

When a customer comes to a coffee shop, he pays not so much for coffee and cookies as for someone's "house in Italy," but he gets only coffee and cookies, which he gets in addition and for free, they certainly don't have a price for electricity either. So if I come in and pay them an overdose for coffee and I can't charge up, I won't go there anymore. I'd rather go to a place where I can recharge and I'll even be willing to pay a little more for coffee and electricity, and I'll even leave a tip for the staff. Of course, I can recharge at home and drink coffee and grains from the same carob machine at home. But then Varka is not needed either :)

Disgusting place, ordered by Raf, the guy made warm milk taste. To the question: "Why do I have warm milk instead of rafa?", the guy replied: "It's the way it should be, it's made of milk, 20% cream and 16 grams of coffee." But there was no coffee AT ALL!!!! Either set up your coffee machine, or train your employees properly, or don't wait for customers! As a result, the mood is spoiled, money is thrown away, coffee is just in the trash. If it were possible to put less than one star, I would. I will never come here again.

I always went to this coffee shop for freshly made croissants with stuffing. I went in yesterday, and instead of the previous menu, there are semi–finished products in the refrigerator. The barista has been convincing me for a very long time that a croissant with fish salad and sauce, cooked five hours ago, is no different from the one they make right in front of you. Well, it's funny, put a wet fish on a cut croissant, and see how it feels in five hours. I came here for crispy croissants, not wet ones. It was one of the unique trading offerings of this place.
