A coffee shop with a classic interior, an atmosphere of tranquility. It's nice to stay with friends and relax. A good, appetizing Varka menu. If it weren't for one thing... Polite, but very calm, very serious, "self-absorbed" barista. We ordered a double cappuccino and an Americano. I have always been surprised by the barista's "ability" to cook a cool double cappuccino, with a loose, not dense foam. In fairness, I must say that Americano is good. I would like to make a mistake, but a good American is an exception rather than a pattern. We did not enjoy the visit. We wish the barista smiles. A smile + high-quality coffee is a pleasant combination + pleasure in the atmosphere of a coffee shop.

The cafe is quite cozy and spacious. A polite and sweet barista will always prompt and tell you the range of drinks / desserts. There are no questions about the time of order return either, pleasant and modern music brightens up the waiting time at lunchtime, when there are already quite a lot of people.
P.S. I ordered cheesecakes with me once, when I opened it and saw my order, I realized that it was love!! They looked very nice and juicy!

Beautiful interior. But that's probably all. A very sad barista. There are very cool positions, and we like to try new things. I had to ask a lot of questions, but the answers were not enthusiastic. We chose it ourselves based on the result.
I took a potato raf and a strawberry peach match.
The Raf is interesting, but the match was given a little cold, like juice.
Desserts are delicious
In general. It's not a thrill. I want service , and even more so all the conditions have been created.

To put it mildly, it turned out not quite fair: I came at 7.50. to participate in the campaign "Coffee as a gift for the first visitor", I was standing on the street, seeing that the barista girl was already preparing to open inside the coffee shop, when I went in at 8.01., she said that the First visitor had already been, pointing to a young man (apparently his friend) who came before the opening clearly (!) and was just waiting inside for the opening of the institution...how correct is this?! I haven't been to Varka for a long time, but today I decided to come in because I saw that the peach-strawberry match from the spring menu was added to the author's menu. I really liked this drink then, I personally went after it. As a result, I see that on the sign on the wall it is written in the menu. I stood and waited in line for 15 minutes, because only one girl worked on drinks and dishes from the menu. I was waiting, apparently, to be told that they did not have this drink in stock. To my question, why is it not indicated anywhere, the girl replied, "did you see that somewhere in our menu it is written that it is there?". I didn't understand what this question was about at all. I pointed to the sign above her head, the girl just shrugged and said they didn't have strawberry puree right now. At the same time, she talked to me as if I had asked her to make me some non-existent drink from my head. I would still like better service next time, so as not to waste time.

I really love Cooking, coffee is always at the highest level, but yesterday I was horrified. I came with my family to have a nice time, but the level of service disappointed me, the wait for coffee was 25 minutes, during this time they brought only one coffee and a cake, as well as knives and forks that were dirty! There were only 5 people in the coffee shop at that time (of which 2 were with me), the girl, instead of giving everything away quickly, preferred to chat. I have worked in this field myself and I understand perfectly well that if you have heavy orders, then at least you need to give them to continue the conversation with your interlocutor. There is absolutely no desire to come to this particular coffee shop, I would understand if coffee cost 2 rubles, but this attitude towards guests does not equal the price segment of this coffee shop. Also, why wasn't they warned that raspberries would be missing from the new Raspberry Raf? Well, if you've run out of it, at least let me know.

I was shopping in Komarovka and decided to go for a cup of coffee after that, because it was snowy outside. The coffee shop has a very pleasant and cozy atmosphere, great music is playing. The brews that I visited never created questions , but here, the wrong option, I took bumble and the novelty of the spring menu raspberry raf with caramel cream , bumble standard, there are no questions for it, but for the novelty that looked something delicious , the question is of course big, the barista guy warned that the wait would be 10-15 minutes,although there were no people in line, we were in no hurry, so we agreed to wait, in the process of his work I understood why it took so long, the poor guy was diligently whipping something in the pitcher with a household cappuccino machine, splashing in all directions, but he did it all these 10 minutes, the question is why? At the exit, we get a sweet raf with a hint of caramel, we did not feel any raspberries at all, and the raf itself was not very pleasant, actually I was upset because I could just take raf and not wait for this time, although the picture drew attention to this drink
Maybe I was expecting too much.

Today, 08.04.2024, visiting this cooking, we came to the place at 9:56 a.m. A sign "technical break" was hung up. Calling the employee at 9:58 a.m., the answer was "I'll be back in 10 minutes." After standing under the doors for 10 minutes, we decided to ring the bell again, after which we heard "I'll be there in a couple of minutes." We stood there for another 8 minutes. The employee was walking very slowly with the coffee in the direction of the coffee shop. We politely asked the employee to hurry up, as we were in a hurry, but we wanted to drink coffee in the Brew. But at our request, the employee began to tell us excuses, she searched for 3 minutes for keys that she could not find, after which we left the waiting place, as the situation and ridiculous excuses were very unpleasant!!

the day I got there, I wanted to drink something like tea and just in the autumn menu there were two brews. I asked her to tell me about them, but the girl said that the taste would not be very saturated and it would be better to take just tea. I just didn't want tea (I still regret that I didn't dare to try some kind of brew) and I took a latte with an almond croissant. neither we nor other people brought cutlery, it was not very convenient for me to eat with my hands, and in the end everything was in crumbs.
