I am shocked by Varka, as this caffeine chain has always been very pleasing. I came to drink coffee and eat a croissant with rotten salmon, as it turned out. I didn't feel the smell right away and only tasted a piece of fish and almost threw up. The pregnant girl was not ashamed and sold a croissant with rotten meat. The girl agreed that the fish was rotten) and threw away the jar in front of me, where she took it. I asked: didn't you feel it when you were cutting? Of course, there was a complaint book. But they didn't offer to return the money to me. Well, okay. I just want people to know that it's better not to go here. And yes, I would like Varka to keep track of those to whom it sells the franchise. This is your reputation first of all! I had to put a star, as the review requires. And so they are not worthy of stars !

I was in this brew on the day of the official opening (08
03.2025). It feels like a new coffee shop, but inside it's kind of dirty, not neat, as if it's been working for several years. It is clear that it is open in an ordinary apartment, but expectations did not match reality.
On the opening day of the promotion: "pay for coffee as much as you want," they didn't tell me anything about the promotion, but when I asked about it, they said that I should ask about it myself and they didn't have to talk about it - it's strange, what else should I do? Because I love the taste of coffee and have been to different coffee shops, I ordered espresso. It was too sour, more like a ristretto than a classic espresso brewed.
One star for today, then maybe I'll change my mind, if of course something changes for the better in the coffee shop.

Good coffee, we took it with us, but only when we did it turned out that there were no large lids! A joke, of course. How can you work like this, you can see that they are running out?! Order it!!
The choice of desserts is limited: 3 classic croissants at 5 p.m., very scarce, and even yesterday's ones. Their shelf life is generally 48 hours for a second.

The barista does not know the menu and the composition of drinks, she is very slow, ordered bumble and ice latte drinks that she waited for more than 15 minutes , during the preparation of drinks the barista was very confused and did everything chaotically, inexperience and lack of knowledge in the preparation of drinks were visible, in the end all I got in the end were tasteless drinks and negative emotions I will no longer visit this place, I give two stars only for the interior and convenient location

The girls are so good. Even when there was no butch-bru on the menu, they still cooked it for me after pouring all the grains out of the coffee grinder, ground the right amount, then re-filled the grain with espresso. Unbelievable!🙏🏼
This suggests that the level of guest value and professionalism is simply the highest.
