A wonderful coffee shop! A great place for the whole family. We celebrated our son's birthday at the Mitten coffee shop. As a result, children and adults had a great time. The staff is wonderful! The play area is designed for children of all ages, the coffee shop has a lot of educational toys for both toddlers and children who study at school. We ordered animation: there was a silver disco, contests for children and adults, a soap bubble show. I liked everything very much. The children and adults were all happy! I recommend this coffee shop! A vacation for the whole family!

It is certainly a cozy place, we have been there many times, the attitude of the administrators pleases, you can take food on the spot or pack it with you, a separate plus for the trampoline, periodically hold events. The area of the room is small, the owners have squeezed the maximum out of it, but still there are questions. To play with some small toys, there is not much room on the floor - you sit between the door to the hallway, the toilet and the door to the bar. Many toys are located on shelves that children cannot reach on their own, they do not even see the entire range. The rest of the toys are located on the windowsill near the slide, so there is often a large crowd of people there. It is also frustrating that many toys have fallen into disrepair due to the large flow of children. For example, the steering wheel of the car has not worked for a long time, the bike and wheelchairs have disappeared, but nothing has appeared in return, small parts have been lost somewhere, a shovel from the sandbox. Hopefully this will be fixed soon) And it's also a pity that there are no discounts for a large number of hours or any bonus card.

Very nice place, pleasant atmosphere. Lots of toys, a trampoline, a slide with a dry pool. There is also a sandbox with hinoki cubes. The child is 2 years old, he really likes it here, he always goes with great pleasure.

We celebrated a children's Birthday (a girl, 3 years old). A very pleasant and comfortable space.
For children, the trampoline is the most important entertainment, and for adults, drinks brought with them. Plus, you can take tea or coffee on site.
The entrance is convenient by car, despite the densely populated Minsk World.

Well, the room is right next to the house, that's definitely a plus. We visited her very often 2-3 times a week. It is convenient to dilute the everyday life of children, relax over tea while the children are playing. The tea is very tasty, everyone has tried it. I like the administrator very much, he always smiles and disposes. But! The first thing that made us go to other rooms was the lack of bonuses for families with more than one child. In the other rooms of Minsk Mira, a discount is provided for families with more than one child of 20-50%. Therefore, we began to visit the institution less often, but we were there consistently 1 time a week for sure (we live in the next house). The situation that occurred at the end of November put an end to everything. With the first snow, the annual allergic rhinitis came to us. We have been friends with fenistil for the second year and this has already become the norm for us (what can you do, we think it will outgrow, my daughter is not two more). So, from the very beginning: we come chilled to the "Mittens", the wind, the slush... we think now we will drink delicious tea and everything is OK. We go into the vestibule with two children and there is nowhere even to take off our shoes, there are 3 strollers in the room. Jackets, combat suits, everything anywhere. We hardly undress. For a moment, children under 1 year old are there for free. Put the strollers near the room, there is a place there, why drag them inside, there are cameras. Okay... We go in, 3 moms are sitting with the kids playing, everything is fine, play. We're on our own, you're on your own. We order tea as usual (we came from the cold). The eldest daughter and the youngest went to play in the kitchen. We sit for 3 minutes and the administrator comes up to us and asks us to leave because the youngest coughed several times (from renita). I say that the cough is from allergies, now I will give fenistil and everything will be fine. In the background, the mothers (who are here for free) are outraged and once again the administrator asks us to remove us from the room as an infection. I don't mind if they ask us to leave, okay, we'll leave. I go to the older one, she is in tears, the younger one too, they do not understand... One of the mothers forbade me to go to the vestibule to get dressed because they are getting dressed. I've put up with all this. OK, we'll get dressed later. By the way, we didn't pay anything for 20 minutes, the administration said we didn't need to, but the sediment remained. The question remains open: we pay 40 rubles each visit, and those who are there for free can drive us away? The second question is: if we are allergic, then we can only go out in the summer? We went out crying children, why were we kicked out by our aunts, and the aunts stayed there, sitting and playing for free. So maybe the aunts needed to leave if they didn't like something, no?
And mothers of babies, if you sneeze every time, there is nothing to visit play centers so that you don't turn your nose up later.

I celebrated my birthday in a mitten. It was a great and spontaneous decision. Now my son says: Mom, are we going to wear mittens on my birthday? ) the children were busy with themselves, and the adults were busy with themselves, chatting and laughing merrily, singing karaoke and playing board games.
Many thanks to the receptionist, she helped me, was friendly and smiling, even after the mess our children left with toys.

There is absolutely no place to play, either near the entrance to the toilet, or near the cash register itself, just where adults are sitting near chairs. The toys are all on the windowsill, which you need to climb through a dry pool or through someone's table. We were on a weekday, and there were both 3 and 4 adults per child. They were just always afraid that someone would step on the child. Because the gaming area itself is underfoot between the tables and the cash register . Feeding a child behind a high chair is something unrealistic, we sat near the very last table, specially chose against the wall to feed and not interfere, but there children play in the pool with hinoki cubes and drive cars. And on the other side, there is already another table facing us. It is unclear where to put the high chair.
I understand the main thing for you is profit and the more people the better, but enter a limit on the number of people in the institution. Well, I understand that feeding a child is also not one of your priorities.
