Unprofessional, careless, irresponsible. When registering, they asked for the payment method, we called cash, the money was accepted and deposited into the terminal. We waited for the doctor for 20 minutes, in between my question where the doctor was, the answer was for surgery. When they got tired of waiting, they came up and asked for a refund, to which they replied that they could only transfer money to a checking account, although they accepted cash from us, but they would not be able to return it. It doesn't take much intelligence to find out about the cash payment and accept the payment after the doctor's appointment. And now only after three working days they will be returned, which then turned into five "because of my bank of Ameria"... At the moment when the refund was being discussed, the doctor came, invited us to an appointment and received our natural refusal. For all the time, there has not been a single, at least formal, apology from the doctor and 2 receptionists ... There is absolutely no client orientation in this office. I strongly do not recommend it!
