I was at this hotel in March , it was very atmospheric , authentic , I was delighted , you can feel Cuba through the atmosphere, the staff is smiling, friendly, a little tricky , a little lazy , but it didn't bother me much , for their very modest salaries , the fact that they smile is already good , the food in March 2024 was modest but we did not starve , we saw that flight attendants and pilots were constantly being accommodated there , I think this says that it is far from the worst hotel on Varadero , if you do not have very high requirements , I think you will like it there , I saw a lot of Russians dissatisfied with food , cleaning , mosquitoes , but it 's just always better to study that place thoroughly which you want to visit so that you can enjoy your vacation later, and not walk around with a dissatisfied face and mumble))))

Nice hotel. The beach and the ocean are nearby. Delicious food and a wide variety of dishes. There is a bar. The rooms are comfortable. Of the disadvantages, mosquitoes can be noted, which interfere with sleeping in the room. There is only one Russian-language channel in the TV set. The connection with wi-fi is constantly disappearing, you have to connect again. There are very few Russian speakers among the staff.

The hotel is great, but the rooms are already packed, something breaks all the time, the food is peculiar, the staff is friendly. Everything is included, rum flows like a river, There is entertainment. The beach and the ocean are beyond praise!

Currently, the hotel is terrible, we beg for towels, there are a lot of flies in the restaurant, no one is fighting them. We swam in soup today. The restaurant staff is not responding. The reception has the same situation. Our otto brightens up only the ocean, it's super. I do not recommend the hotel, the prices correspond to a good +4.Nina L.
