We bought a disposable electronic cigarette - it stopped working after 10 puffs. The store offered to write a statement and wait for a response from the service center for the result of the examination and after that a decision will be made whether to make a refund, at the same time, if suddenly, according to a factory defect, it turns out that there is no liquid in the cigarette, then this is my problem. The store was contacted 40 minutes after the purchase. The store positions itself as an intermediary between manufacturers (importers) and buyers, they do not want to be responsible for the products sold, hello customer orientation. I do not recommend it.
