The next day she stopped working again, she did not show any signs of life. I took it to the store again. They took it away, promised to call, but calling the client is not their thing, there is nothing to even hope for. I came back a few days later, the saleswoman contacted the management (he is also engaged in repairs) and said that the electronic device was working, but the case was not guaranteed (understand how you want), you can pick it up in the evening. I came to pick it up - nothing works, the case is non-guaranteed. There was no question of replacing an obviously defective product, returning money or offering some other alternative. So let's say goodbye to this vape shop, since they don't need customers. Although for a very long time I went here and advised my friends. It's a shame, because the issue could have been solved very simply. Nowadays, it is at least not logical to scatter clients, even regular ones.
