He restored the bathtub very carelessly. We ordered the most expensive coating - KeramoKrill Molded marble. In fact, there are scratches, chips all over the tub. The master had a metal plate on the siphon during installation. The coating is damaged. Now you need to cover everything all over again.

To say that this is a horror is to say nothing .
It was done terribly , everything needs to be redone - dirt again . The attitude towards the client is just "super", they messed up, they took the money, and then you can throw the tubes referring to the contract and they say wait 20 days-and I ran to the call quickly ... Having received the phrase : where were your eyes?.Probably where the master 's hands came from . We 'll have to sue!!! Never contact this organization! Spend both money in vain and nerves.
P.s. I sewed up all the new tiles. Which was eventually "beaten with teeth"... after receiving the answer , warm up with a hair dryer .It 's just a nightmare . The master would like to improve his skills and learn how to communicate with the client .
Addendum: the situation has been corrected . Maybe the "retrograde Mercury" is to blame for everything…
