This is just a great place. The service is good, you can pay a little more attention) A nice soulful cafe in the quiet center of Bishkek. The food is delicious, especially the fantastic crispy eggplant fried in sweet and sour sauce. The prices are low.

I took coffee and a spinach and salmon roll. I took two bites and did not finish eating, it was not tasty. Coffee feels like the cooking technology is broken somewhere.
- I waited for my roll for probably 40 minutes, if not longer. I didn't finish eating.
Perhaps, of course, I am spoiled by Moscow service and quality. But I returned from the mountain village and there was more concern for the quality of food, customer service and my work.

The service sucks, I waited for an hour for the order and didn't wait, I left. The coffee was served in 30 minutes, and the syrup was brought without. The waiters are in no hurry at all. I understand if the landing was complete, but there were few people. I just wanted to eat, but it didn't work out. I was left in great disappointment! If you value your time, then you are definitely not here!!!

Attentive and friendly staff.

The coffee shop is full of trash. Cappuccino is a table, it's very different from the photos on their Instagram, the food is disgusting, the smoothie is iced water, slightly tinted, instead of the smoothie decorated with berries that is on the menu. The service is disgusting, they forgot everything and confused it. We carried food for an hour. At the same time, the service is built-in, 15%, although the service is zero.

I didn't like it. The service is poor, the dishes are cooked for a very long time. The caprese was cooked for more than 40 minutes, while the tomatoes were tasteless at all.
Serving bruschetta as if they stuck sandwiches at home, does not correspond to the photo on the menu at all. The photo shows roast beef (nothing to do with the delicious roast beef, which it should be)
From the good: Arabica coffee and lemonade.

I don't even know where to put this coffee shop. I've been there twice, the first time there was delicious food (well, just not enough salt, but I think there's not enough salt everywhere in Bichet), an excellent French press and pleasant service.
Today, the salad with pickled salmon turned out to be partially defrosted salmon, and the coffee was either brewed out of proportion, or last year's.
As a result, I think that I will not go any more and will not recommend it.
But wtf the first time it was so good!

The coffee shop was recommended to us as a great place.
There were 3 times.
The staff is not friendly, not smiling.
There are no hostesses, I have booked a table and you can wander around looking for what your table is.
The brown sofas are so aging that it's scary to sit on them, the long thin legs are swinging. There is a smoking room that stinks.
The cafe itself is very old, everything needs to be replaced.
Food, just like everywhere else. The prices are the same as everywhere else.
We won't come any more :)

Baristas don't understand coffee. They can't answer basic questions about coffee. It's pretty dull inside. If this is the same chain with Vanilla coffee shop (Almaty), then this is a failure.

From the point of view of breakfast, not very much. The coffee (flat white) is so unsaturated that I asked if it was cappuccino. The breakfast itself (took room 2) is quite large, but somehow tasteless. The service is very good.

The veal is simply amazing, I have not eaten it anywhere in Europe, although I have tried steaks in different countries. I recommend it to everyone. And if you compare it with the price (about 6-8 Euros per serving, then there is nothing to say. It's a pity that I don't visit Bishkek often, as soon as I arrive I'll go to Vanila!!!! Well done, keep it at the same level and your regular guests will always be with you!!!!
