It's clean, cozy, and bright. In summer, they open the second floor with a veranda to breathe the air in the morning during breakfast.
The staff is polite, they always greet you when you come in. Attentive during maintenance. Meals are mostly prepared quickly, and the waiting time for breakfast is 10-15 minutes.

From the point of view of the atmosphere, a great, pleasant cafe. The price/quality of food and coffee for Almaty is at a good level. We often take food and coffee with us and have to deal with those who work at the checkout - two girls are openly rude, they work extremely slowly. Every time I feel like an uninvited guest who came to their house. Recently, they didn't put salmon in a dish with me (which I was waiting for an hour anyway), I saw it without leaving the checkout, the girl at the checkout started arguing with me that it was put, I just don't see it. In the end, she reluctantly agreed to go to the kitchen and sort it out, but for that I had to wait until she finished putting the trays in the cupboard (there are 7 people working in the cafe who can probably help her). If you do not order with yourself, then everything is fine with the service - the waiters are very pleasant (both the guy and the girl), the baristas are very funny guys. I would like the management to somehow pay attention to those who are standing at the checkout… they really scare away customers

A very cool cafe, we went to it because there is very delicious coffee, fresh bread, pastries and delicious breakfasts. The big advantage was that you can walk with a dog in the cafe, which we enjoyed using. Today, it's like we've returned to the Stone Age! We came to breakfast with our four-legged friend, and we were chased away. We are very upset. I do not recommend this cafe, the rules here change according to the mood! We went here constantly for 7-8 months.

Well, let's start with the fact that this is the most visited coffee shop in the whole city. We go with colleagues every day, but most often two or three times a day. I like everything.
