The food is fine, the room is clean, the staff is friendly. A big minus is to vacate the room before 12.00. Our departure was 20.50. The day of rest was lost. The hotel does not have a beach area. You need to pay € 7,50 for sun beds.
We won't come back here anymore.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Great location. The beach is 4-5 minutes away. The beach itself is quiet and calm. The sea is super. It's the best for children!
The territory of the hotel is compact, but sufficient for recreation. A nice pool with sun beds.
Every evening there are small performances, dancers, singers. Children's mini-disco. Although there is one scenario every day, but the children like it.
The food at the hotel is extremely good. The variety is average, but tasty and abundant.
I liked the room. Two-room apartment for 4 people.The rooms are fresh and comfortable. With very good noise insulation from the street. The windows faced the street, and the sea was visible.
There is a good LIDL supermarket nearby with normal prices.
As a result, I definitely recommend it myself, I think we will return there.

The hotel is new, it was rented with us in 2019, respectively, and all the property in it and repairs are absolutely fresh. It is conveniently located behind the line of restaurants. Our windows faced the sea towards the restaurants, but we didn't hear much noise. There was also a one-way bus along the "restaurant" street, which provided additional convenience to get to various bays and interesting places. There was a path leading to the sea through the backyard of a nearby hotel, which was not the most pleasant place, so we used the far path to the right of the hotel. Fortunately, the sea is a 7-minute walk away.

The hotel was renovated in 19-20, quite a good four, cozy, has its own Parking, a small area, but it is not passable and quite cozy. A large swimming pool for both adults and children. There is a separate one without children :) but we didn't need a pool, we prefer the sea to chlorine. It takes 3-4 minutes to walk to the sea, people write that through the trash - yes, there are a couple of containers along the way, it is not critical at all. The beach is gorgeous, sandy, the entrance is gentle and up to children and adults standards.
There are small flaws, but everything was always fixed at the first request. At 20.30 there is a Children's disco near one of the buildings - it's a bit noisy there, if with young children or from the time zone + Moscow Time, then I do not advise it.
The breakfasts, lunches and dinners are good!

An excellent hotel for a family holiday in its price category. We booked a Deluxe room, we were even given a side sea view. But there are, of course, rooms on the 1st floor very close to the stage, which is very inconvenient. The food is standard for the Cypriot four, they were not hungry. I was very pleased with the adult animation: yoga, water polo, aqua aerobics - super! The children's animators were not particularly surprised, but the child went to the children's room, where there was something to play. It takes 5 minutes to get to the sea by a short road. I liked the beach, the water is clean. Near the hotel, Lidl, a small amusement park, a fountain show, and many decent cafes are within walking distance.
One of the disadvantages of the hotel is cleaning. The cleaning is average, once our baby towel was mistakenly taken away, which was never returned.
To sum up, if the price is not raised, then we will come back to this hotel.

Heaven and earth, if you compare what the thaw was before the restoration, and what it is now. The hotel is super! The kitchen is at a high level! Respect to the staff! Surprisingly, all employees know Russian. It is very pleasant and comfortable. This has never happened before. The rooms are clean. The pool is large, of different depths, clean. Play in the water every day, if you wish, with the animators. 5-7 minutes walk to the sea.

This is a super hotel! Such caring staff, everything is clean and comfortable🔆 Everything is always tight, of course, but you can book in advance and get there🔆 I was with my daughter for 11 years, the hotel was mostly a family vacation, we took all inclusive and nearby💓
Food: varied, for all tastes, I don't like meat, I've always had plenty to choose from.
Rooms: changed 3 times and the staff tolerated our requests and assisted in everything

We are resting now in this hotel! I really like everything!!! Comfortable large rooms, excellent varied cuisine, good service in the restaurant! Wonderful animator girls! The location of the hotel is also very pleasant, there are many restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. The beach is not very far away! The sea is gorgeous!!!!!

Super!!! A storm of positive emotions, impressions from July 2021 still do not let go!!!! A modern hotel, new, clean!!! The staff is excellent, the service is at the highest level!!!! The territory of the hotel is compact, there is an 18+ zone, for those who come without children and want privacy, there is an area for couples with children with a nice pool!!! We are resting in this hotel now. I want to say right away that we are all different, we can't please everyone. The hotel is very decent. The food is delicious, there are many different drinks. There are disadvantages, but where there are none.... If you don't pay attention to them, everything is very decent. Water is brought to the room before 17.00. The cleaning is so-so. It's 10 minutes to the sea, not straining. The staff is friendly. There is a kettle in the room. I was very surprised by the lack of toothpaste and brushes. There is no dryer on the balcony. They took the rope and clothespins with them. There are many shops near the hotel, they have everything you need. We went to the SUBWAY a couple of times, a nice, big store with everything you need. I liked the hotel, I'll come back here again!

Amazing Hotel, I liked everything! Delicious food, seafood for lunch / dinner every day, shrimp, mussels, cuttlefish. A good breakfast. Good children's animation. The only negative is the cleaning in the room, the soles of the slippers that are given in the room, the socks of the children are black on the first day.

I really liked the hotel. We were in November of the 21st year. Nice rooms, clean, great food! Perhaps due to the fact that it was at the end of the season and there were few people, discos and neighbors did not interfere with sleep. Not the first line from the sea, but it is quite comfortable to walk to the beach in five minutes, and there is clean sand. We played free lawn tennis on the on-site court. The children swam in the pool, we went to the sea, the water is warmer there. I would love to visit there again, but only without "all inclusive" - you need to have terrible willpower not to get too full every time))))

Great hotel! Modern rooms. They clean every day, change towels every day. The food is delicious and varied. We rested for a week in November, there is nothing to complain about. Another huge plus is the deep pool area for adults only, the 18+ zone. You lie quietly and rest in silence. The sea is nearby, just cross the road. I recommend.

We are currently resting in this 2+3 hotel (8 years old, 5 years old and 3 years old) 5+ Service, they try to fulfill any request, the staff is friendly and responsive. Our room is 2 rooms, cleaning is 5, they did not report the water, they came to the reception, they immediately brought it, by the way, they give us 1 liter bottle per day, but we rest on an all-inclusive system, there is no one at the entrance to the restaurant for breakfast, and by the way, you can top up the water from the vending machine in these very rooms, which remain, so don't throw them away. A girl is already standing for lunch and dinner, writes down the room number, and drinks are only served through the waiters. There are sooo many families with children in the hotel. The hotel is located in the center, but it does not feel at all, as if in a corner, the beach is across the street.

Nice hotel. Not bad rooms for Europe. The kitchen is very good. The normal location. You can go to the nearest beach - 2-3 minutes, you can go to FigaTri - 10-15, or you can take 5k steps to the right - there is a beautiful bay with turtles and underwater sculptures.

Perhaps my review is not the most useful, because there is no experience of staying in such hotels. We were a family with two children, we really liked it. Very clean, comfortable two-room rooms, delicious food. Wifi catches everywhere. There is a gym with exercise equipment and tracks, tennis, ping pong. Lots of kids, kids have fun. The staff is pleasant. Near the sea, the promenade and Lidl.

Overall, the hotel is good. For 4+. I especially want to mention the food - it's just gorgeous. There are always several types of meat, fish, mussels, shrimp, octopus regularly. I took off the star for cleaning - it is, in fact, not there. Floors are not washed at all. But other advantages compensate for this disadvantage.

I really liked the hotel! The room stock has apparently been recently renovated, in any case, we got the rooms (we rented 2 rooms) very clean and not worn out. The food is very tasty and varied, I didn't get tired of it in 2 weeks. There are many pools on site, there is a small slide in the children's pool and a fountain. The animation is not too intrusive. There is a children's club, small but cozy. Free strollers are provided, she helped us out a lot. There is a SPA, but I did not use their services. The only thing that did not suit me was the time to replace the beach towels. From about 10 to 11, when you already want to be on the beach. The room cleaning is good. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the beach, but you will have to climb back up the hill.

We stayed there in May 2019, with a family with a child of 6 years old. Great hotel! While there were not many vacationers, there were white tablecloths on the tables, waiters brought drinks. It's nice)). Then there were more people, the tablecloths disappeared, but the quality remained good. The animation is good for both children and adults. A room with a wonderful view of the sea! I was lucky with the weather. I don't mind coming there again.

I do NOT RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone who plans to come with children. You will not sleep at all, on the one hand, the lunapark, until 02.00 at night (everyone is shouting) at 6 am, garbage collection starts working near the hotel, before that music is playing in all cafes and vacationers are yelling until the morning. Cleaning for 2 hours, they come and just wave a broom, do not change the linen at all, you will not get anything from the reception, the room does not like your problems, the hotel in the city center is loud outside the windows. Do not spoil your vacation, choose other hotels. Even good food does not compensate for sleepless nights. We had a rest with our family from 16.08-08.22.21

Fair value for money. The misunderstanding with the provision of two beds was quickly resolved. There are broken tiles in the pool. But if there is such a beach as Fig Tree Beach not far away, a pool is not needed. There are problems with meat dishes on the grill, but the grill did not please in the cafes nearby.

I really liked the hotel. Although the hotel is located on the second line, it takes no more than 5 minutes to walk to the sea. There are many cafes and restaurants near the hotel, for every taste. Minus-it's a long way to the beach, but it's nice to walk along the streets of Protaras, even in the heat)

This is one of the best hotels I've been to (and I travel a lot). It is suitable for both adult and family vacations. I had a vacation with children for 1 year and 8 years - everything is fine. The beaches are not far from the hotel, a pleasant walk. Meals on 5++++ Drinks are plentiful. The rooms are new and very comfortable.

Apparently, we were the only unlucky ones. I didn't like it. We had a rest in September 2019. The hotel is not suitable for holidays with young children, although we went exactly according to the recommendation of the tour operator.Pots, strollers and a toilet seat are provided on request. We were also given a stroller, though it was broken.They moved into a room with two huge air conditioners under the windows, refused to change (building A). It was impossible to sleep with the window open, it was not comfortable with air conditioning (hum). We didn't sleep properly for a single night, the child caught a cold.One day they "forgot" to clean the room, and I had to ask that at least the garbage be taken out. By the way, there are no garbage bags in the room, the bins are small. I had to ask for a bag for dirty diapers, then used bags from stores. The reception work is just disgusting, For the sake of fairness, I must say that the restaurant is working well, the staff are very responsive. There is nowhere to relax on the territory with a small child: the pool is cold and slippery, there is no green area, there is no playground. And for some reason we had dressing gowns without belts (apparently, so that the client would not hang himself prematurely from such a service)

It took a very long time to choose a hotel. First of all, close to the sea, new and spacious rooms and most importantly excellent, varied cuisine. Almost all the staff speaks Russian. We felt at home. Free internet connection. Excellent cleaning every day. We will definitely come back here. We advise everyone.

We had a rest in 2019. Everything is included. There is also breakfast and dinner. We are satisfied with the hotel, 10 minutes to the sea slowly. The food is normal, they were not tied to cleaning, they cleaned every other day. The children liked the animation very much. This is our best vacation from Thailand.Egypt. Turkey. Bali. There is a Car rental Nearby. We took the car without a deposit and without a passport.
