Disgusting service! The flowers were delivered six hours after the agreed time. We ordered the flowers in advance, a few days in advance, this morning they stopped contacting us, they did not answer either in Whatsapp or by phone number. They were not even warned that they would not be able to deliver on time, after lunch they managed to get through, they said that their program was crashing, what is the connection between flower delivery and telephony failure???! As a result, flowers were brought, it feels like half of them were not delivered. The photo on the website does not match the real bouquet.

I was very disappointed with this flower shop. When we initially started the dialogue, everything was great, they were so kind, responsive, "and we will do everything you want, and how you want, and at what time we need, we will deliver as much." I made an order 2 days before the date, paid for it, and then such a hassle began. We agreed that the order would be delivered before 10:00 on 09.12.2020, but that was not the case! 10-00, 11-00 o'clock, there is no delivery, I start to get nervous and, accordingly, call, somehow I got through to Aigerim's manager, she answers in a sleepy state, "I don't know they were supposed to deliver, I'll find out now," and that's it, then after 30 minutes, I start calling again, find out what and how, and They just don't pick up the phone anymore. I can't convey my condition, like my son's birthday, but my blood pressure jumped, the worst thing is that there is no feedback, and it lasted until 13-40. Can you imagine - it's from 10-00 to 13-40 I almost went crazy. Maybe it would have been easier if the store had at least apologized, and somehow explained the failure to fulfill its promise. And after the bouquet was delivered (I ordered a beer bouquet) I was even more upset and upset that the bouquet did not match what I ordered. I.e., the contents of the beer bouquet did not match the ordered quantity, it was terribly not beautifully decorated. It turns out that 25,000 tenge was simply thrown to the wind, since no pleasure was received from the gift and the hassle, and even the discrepancy with the order. And no apologies.
