I ordered flowers for the first time , everything was great, I picked them up myself at Krasnoarmeyskaya , the guy clearly collected them just with a spiral .
I ordered a second time , the order was confirmed, again for pickup , I arrive at the specified time , and the store is closed, I called the number indicated in the order for 10-15 minutes, asked what and how, to which they replied that the store had moved to Krestyanskaya 32, while this information was not said when confirming the order, it was not written when when placing an order and at the request of "you have a bouquet of Gomel" in Yandex, it was the Red Army one that was knocked out, the girl said that she could not answer why they had not been warned, asked to warn that I would pick up the order, but later, she asked how long they worked, to which they replied that they would definitely wait for me in the store.
Not knowing which side of the building the store is located, I went to look for it , to which the girl who works in this store calls me and asks where I am , hurries and says that she needs to leave for delivery to find the building faster , I ask her which side the store is , to which I am answered from the street and continue to hurry .
Conclusions: I am unlikely to return , I will not advise others, dianthuses are not lush .

I ordered a bouquet for my mother on mother's day, the order was confirmed within an hour and it was impossible to get through, when the operator contacted to confirm the order, the delivery agreement was from 19.00 to 21.00, as a result, the courier arrived at 22.15 and to get through, to clarify when the courier would arrive, it was also impossible and there was zero reaction in the chat. The flowers (bush roses) were, at first glance, fresh and beautiful, but when the wrapping paper was removed, the leaves at the bottom were lowered and the flowers withered two days later, taking into account that the care recommendations were followed (when delivered from another store, the same roses stood for about two weeks).

We ordered a bouquet for a birthday, after looking closely, it was as if it was all chewed up, the flowers did not seem to be the first freshness, despite the fact that when ordering they said that they had a fresh arrival. There is a notch on almost every petal, as if they were walked over with nails, it's a shame to give such a bouquet! I will never buy here again and I do not advise anyone
