One of the best locations in the city. The house is ancient, built around 1970, but still in good condition. All studios are the same size - 25m2 + 4.8 balcony, if they rub in that studio 34 + 5 = 39 meters - give him a tape measure, let him answer for the words. I don't understand where these meters are missing, someone is sleeping... during the construction, or there was only one plan, but they built it as it turned out. If they hadn't stolen 10m2, it would have been 7*)))
