We had a family vacation in this guest house in June 2024, we liked everything. The owners organized a round-trip transfer, the room was on the 3rd floor, clean, everything you need is there (TV, air conditioning, refrigerator) 12-15 minutes walk to the sea, 10 minutes to the market, 20 minutes to the center to the water park. There are many canteens nearby, and the cafes are not bad. Before reaching the market, there is a kebab shop "at Garik's", we took a barbecue there, it's just great. They took compotes from Lyudmila (the hostess of the house), and they also liked everything very much. There is a terrace where you can cook yourself and just sit in the evening. The hosts are hospitable, they will always prompt you. By the way, it was our first vacation in Abkhazia, and of course, after reading the reviews, it was even a little scary to go, but the rest was great. You just need to understand that this is not a 5-star Turkey, there is no one here, the main thing is to be positive and not pay attention to the little things. We're going there again in 3 weeks (in June 2025)!!!

A very cozy, well-equipped house in a quiet location. It's a 10-minute walk to the sea, and even closer to the market! The hosts are hospitable, kind, responsive; a clean courtyard, a summer kitchen where you can cook food and just sit and drink coffee . The room is equipped with a refrigerator, air conditioning, and a very comfortable bed with a cool mattress. The hostess Lyudmila generously shares information about which excursions are more interesting, where it is more profitable to buy tea and spices. We went on an excursion, we didn't regret it!!! We looked at Lake Ritsa, New Athos, Milk Waterfall, New Athos caves (it's cool there, it was just fine in the heat). Special admiration and applause to the guide Bograt, because the tour with him was informative and exciting. The driver is aerobatics, not an ounce of fear and doubt in professionalism. We sincerely thank you for a wonderful vacation in the land of the soul of Abkhazia and in your hospitable home, Dear Lyudmila and Israel! We recommend it, we already want to return.
