We came to Belgrade to celebrate a birthday, received a box of chocolates from this place as a gift, we liked them so much that we decided to go in before the morning flight home to the very opening to take the box with us, at 9:04 the door was closed, a guy was sitting near the entrance on the step, who said that you need to wait for the keys from the manager, while we were looking for something to eat on the road, the door was opened, the seller did not even ask what we would like, just silently arranged the furniture, it also turned out that there were no small boxes left, and the supply of dinars was limited, because they were leaving the country, so I asked if I could buy one piece to spend the rest of the currency, then I began to choose what I would take, and my young man ordered a taxi, because time had already begun to shake, the driver did not understand where we were, so we learned from the seller how to explain in Serbian so that we drove up to the store, he replied - there is an interpreter for this (which did not help us, because the driver did not understand), we asked why the seller could not help write a few words, he replied that he charges money for such a thing.
To be honest, it was some kind of shock. All the desire to buy anything and generally stay in this place is gone. As a result, we got an unpleasant aftertaste and a complete lack of customer orientation.
With the excellent quality and taste of sweets, the place itself would not advise anyone if you do not like an indifferent attitude towards yourself as a customer.
Nice cafe in the center. The coffee is not bad, there are summer options for Bumblebee and espresso tonic, decent. A large selection of delicious chocolate desserts! It's just a bomb, it's delicious. You should definitely ask what they are made of, you will want even more. They are served on small, beautiful saucers. There is also a chocolate and merch store
Very strange service. A child is allergic to milk if he drinks a whole cup. But at the same time, he normally eats milk chocolate. My request to make hot milk chocolate with the addition of alternative milk was refused, citing the lack of such an option on the menu, despite the fact that the owner of the institution had made such chocolate for the child a few days before.
It is a very unpleasant feeling from visiting. Getting used to good service, it's strange to encounter such an attitude later
It's a very nice place. A large selection of handmade chocolates, especially delicious apricots in milk chocolate. Film screenings are periodically held on the second floor.
Excellent coffee, quiche and lots of chocolate. Very nice service. There is a large table to study/work on, but Wi-Fi doesn't always work well - as luck would have it.
