A very cozy and atmospheric place! Everything is thought out for the convenience of the visitor, carefully thought out to the smallest detail. Umbrellas at the entrance, dishes, spare linen.... We were a big company, had a very cozy and comfortable weekend 👌 It's great that there are such places in Armenia! The staff is smiling, caring, WITHOUT the usual munat…………… Respect to the owners. 👍

I recommend you to stay! The hotel is very attractive. The territory is well maintained. It is clear that the gardener takes care of the plants: all the trees are beautifully trimmed and healthy. The restaurant has a very beautiful interior. The gazebos also made a pleasant impression. The waiters are very nice. We are always ready to help you choose dishes and surround you with attention. I rented a cottage. The furniture in it is not tired, good-quality. It was nice to stay there. The cottage has everything for a comfortable stay with family or friends: a refrigerator, a stove, a set of dishes and appliances. The drinking regime is provided. I didn't find any disadvantages.

It was 08/26/2024. Everything was carried catastrophically slowly. At the same time, the employment of the institution is 10-15 percent. They did not wait for the tea mug, although they asked for it 3 times! Baklava heated in a microwave in which there is puff pastry for khachapuri (salty), there is no honey at all, nuts were regretted so that 1/5 of this dough. The table setting is so late that food and drinks were taken out first and then they just started serving. I think the whole problem lies with managers who do not prepare their staff, they cannot even meet guests normally. We are very disappointed when considering their prices!

They waited for the waiter for 20 minutes, 1,5 hours until the food was brought, despite the fact that the question of how long to wait was answered "a little bit". The dishes are tasteless. Chakhokhbili is chicken with tomato paste and onions floating in fat.
